Been ordering frozen food and treats from Pawpy Kisses for about 3 years now. Prices are great, especially when stacked with cashback vouchers on their Shopee store. Deliveries are noticeably slower during sales since they get swamped, but understandable. I’ve had a couple of orders with issues before, but their service recovery was immediate and it hasn’t happened again since. Overall, still very reliable and I’m happy to keep buying from them.

Bought Stella and Chewy's Meal Mixers from this store through their website. The package came tightly packed in a small delivery bag, resulting in the delicate meat contents being squashed, becoming floss like instead of original pellet/cubes. Emailed the store, sent Whatsapp message, tried to call etc. for an exchange. No response at all. From the smell of the pellets, the contents are rancid indicating that it was old stock. This was a premium pet food product but became poor quality due to mishandling. They also don't care enough about their online customers to respond, let alone solve any problems. Go elsewhere to shop for your pet. They don't deserve your hard earned money.

Coy informed that they will deliver frozen items between 1pm to 6pm on a specific date. Requested the company to deliver between 3pm to 5pm as we may not be home before 3pm. Coy said cannot. Okay fine, requested to deliver frozen items with ice packs. Coy said cannot "guarantee". Instead asked us to leave out a cooler bag with ice packs so that the delivery person can put the items in the cooler bag upon arrival 😳😳😳😳 Wataaa....

Brought my puppy for grooming and I would say the groomer’s skill is really superb. The teddy bear cut is neat and nice. I would say the cut is smooth. Most importantly, the groomers are friendly and professional and they are honest with feedbacks about my furbaby. It’s on the pricier side for grooming but I think it’s worth it. Book in advance if possible. They do sell pet food and accessories too which is so convenient! Highly recommended!
