About Peak Medical

Your health is our priority, and so is your time! Get to know our doctor's schedule here to find a slot that works for you!

Most enquiries to Peak Medical involve Health Screening. The operator works directly with homeowners, which means you deal with the same contact through quote, scheduling, and job completion rather than being handed off.

Peak Medical covers all of Singapore, which is useful if you live in a less-central estate or need a provider that can follow a recurring job to different addresses. The business is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channel. Google reviewers currently give Peak Medical a strong average of 4.6/5 across 161 reviews, which is a reasonable signal of consistency for a healthcare provider.

The practical way to decide on Peak Medical is to message them directly with a short job description, property type, and any relevant photos. Direct contact means no platform middleman and usually a faster response than form-based lead submissions.

  • Verified by KakiList
We cross-check listed businesses against Singapore's official ACRA registry before marking them as verified.
  • 4.6/5 from 161 Google reviews
Google reviews are harder to fake than testimonials on a provider's own website because each reviewer has an auditable Google account.
  • 📍
    Operating islandwide
A provider listing specific coverage zones is more credible than a vague "all of Singapore" claim, because it implies real scheduling and logistics.

Very poor time management. I arrived the clinic ard 135-140pm and my no was 81. The board showed 78 which means 2 people ahead of me. Logically, you would not think it's gonna be a long wait but guess what. I waited 1.5 hrs!! Seriously!? Honestly, I can understand the need for the doc to be clear in explaining conditions. And the need to chat and joke and laugh with your patient. But I think time management should also be in consideration. I decided to pay more and goes private buz I really wanted to see doc fast and go home and rest. Should I know the wait is gonna be 1.5 hrs, I would have just went to the polyclinic. Maybe the wait might be longer but at least I am prepared. I checked the Price list and for extended consultation (i.e. beyond 15 min), the charges is $50. In this case, are all them being charged for that? I'm not sure and I also don't hear the receptionist saying the extra charges. Don't get me wrong, Im not saying the doc in this clinic are no good or what. I do visit the clinic when I'm unwell as they are pretty experienced. But this time round, the wait if just beyond acceptable. My suggestion: have 2 doc on duty instead of 1 so that at least the Q is moving then and allow pple to see doc fast and go back and rest soon.

Dr Terry is friendly and empathetic. He's nice to communicate with and takes everything I said seriously. Counter staff is clear and efficient too, and the queue moves along relatively quickly. Always a good experience!

I want to sincerely thank the clinic for the wonderful care they provided to my elderly mum this morning. From the moment she stepped in, the staff were warm, patient, and attentive. They treated her with so much kindness and respect, making her feel comfortable and valued. The doctor and staff took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushing, and always ensuring her needs came first. It’s rare to find a clinic where both professionalism and genuine compassion go hand in hand, but this team has it all. I’m truly grateful for the excellent service and the peace of mind they’ve given my family. My mum and dad would like to say thank you so much to all of you! God bless all of you!

disappointing experience with the recep. came at 2:50pm and was told it was closed. Website shows clinic closed at 4 pm. The reception told me the registration closed at 3 pm. BUT it wasn't yet 3 pm and why was I not accepted? I'm already feeling unwell and making another trip in the evening greatly cause inconvenience. They were not friendly at all and no apologies also. Too bad. The drs are great but the recep nd to buck up on their customer service.

I am writing this review immediately following one of the most stressful and unpleasant healthcare experiences my family and I have ever had. The care administered might be adequate, but the sheer hostility and appalling rudeness from the administrative made the entire visit unbearable. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was thick with palpable irritation. The receptionist, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, seemed deeply bothered by the mere act of having to check us in when we were waiting for our queue number. She spoke in clipped, dismissive tones, and acted as if our presence was a massive inconvenience to their day. However the saving grace was the resident doctor Ian, he was kind and reassuring about the matter at hand. We were thankful that he understood our concern and took time to explain things to us. Thank you for that. The one star is meant for the receptionist who had unfortunately done such a bad job! Re: what kind of reply is that, have you investigated the incident properly? The number was flashed in an instance. We were standing right outside the clinic as it was packed and we don’t like sitting inside because of the potential germs we might get from other patients. Your clinic staff could’ve de-escalated the situation if they were to apologise sincerely. However, your staff decided to double down on us with aggression and told us to just accept the situation. She even proceeded to eavesdrop our conversation instead of focusing on recovering the situation.
