We are pleased with the moving service. Workers arrived earlier than scheduled, called me before pick-up & took care to transport the items. Items were cling wrapped before transportation. Customer service is warm & responses were quick and friendly. Prices are competitive as well. Would recommend their services 😊

Mover service was not punctual and was severely delayed. We booked a 9:00am slot, but the workers only arrived at 10:30am. The person that i liaised with even claimed (as shown in the screenshot) that they were already “on the way” at 9:00am, which was untrue. According to the workers, they had another job scheduled around the same time and we feel that this should never have been used as an excuse, and the management ought to have informed us well in advance. The team also took 1hr++++ to load and unload just five pieces of furniture, including the commute to the destination, which was only 11km (around 20 minutes) from the pickup point. They admitted that the bedding was slightly difficult to fit into the lift, but the overall duration still felt excessively long. Additionally, the fee calculation was neither precise nor professional. Their office even forgot to deduct the deposit we had already paid, and we had to make several calls to clarify the final amount. This back-and-forth could have been completely avoided if the cost breakdown had been calculated properly from the start and clearly communicated to the worker who was collecting payment, instead of relying on scattered messages.. That said, the workers on site were friendly and handled our items with care. They were careful in dismantling, assembling, and wrapping all five pieces of furniture, and we appreciate their effort on that front.

I contacted Penguin movers to move a big 150 x 90cm dining table with a thick heavy stone top that must have been well over 30kg. They replied promptly and the quoted price was reasonable. The delivery men were punctual and friendly. I had my concerns if two people were really enough to move such a heavy table and whether the frame would fit through the door, but they handled the whole process very professionally and quickly. I'm impressed with their service and will look for them again for future moves.
