About Pepper Play Singapore
Pepper Play Singapore is a birthday party events provider operating islandwide from its base at Paya Lebar Square. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channel. It holds a 4.8/5 rating across 96 Google reviews — a moderate sample that suggests consistent client satisfaction. Packages are available at a mid-range price point, though full pricing should be confirmed directly as no breakdown is publicly listed.
Enquire through the contact form with your event date, venue, and approximate headcount to check availability and discuss theme or style options. Birthday party vendors of this type typically offer package versus à la carte structures, so it is worth clarifying what is bundled — entertainment, decorations, balloon installations, or coordination — and what attracts an add-on charge. Confirm the deposit required on signing (typically 30–50%), the balance schedule, setup and teardown windows at your chosen venue, and whether a travel charge applies for venues outside the central area. If your event is at an HDB void deck or condo function room, ask whether the provider carries public liability insurance, as many venues require a copy of the certificate before permitting setup.
Submit an enquiry via the contact form on the KakiList listing, specifying the event date, child's age, theme preferences, and venue, to receive a package proposal and check date availability.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I brought my daughters for dinner at Hey Pepper. I had Angus Sirloin Steak, comes with rice and mashed potato. My daughters had Hey Pepper Beef and a Combi 3 in 1 which consists of chicken, beef and salmon, great variety! I like the sirloin steak the most. Not overly seasoned and I can cook to the consistency I like. The chicken was a tad dry but the beef and salmon tasted great. There is garlic soy sauce that we can add into the rice / meat. Prices are affordable and environment is clean and not noisy even at dinner time:)
I tried 𝗛𝗲𝘆! 𝗣𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝘂𝘀 𝗦𝗶𝗿𝗹𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗸 ($𝟭𝟯.𝟵𝟬) and it didn’t disappoint! The steak was thick, juicy, and paired perfectly with creamy mashed potatoes and fresh veggies. I also had 𝗛𝗲𝘆! 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 ($𝟵.𝟵𝟬). The rich, cheesy curry sauce poured over sizzling beef rice was absolutely irresistible. Overall Hey! Pepper offers a fun and interactive hotplate experience that's all about big flavours and satisfying textures. From their signature sauces to the sizzling presentation, every bite hits the spot.

Pepper Play Singapore uses a package pricing model, though specific figures are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly. For birthday party providers in Singapore, kids' party packages typically run S$500–2,500 depending on the scope — covering entertainment, balloon décor, themed installations, or a combination. Itemise what is included before committing: deposit on signing (typically 30–50%), balance due 1–2 weeks before the event, hours of coverage, number of activities or setups, deliverables, and any travel charge for non-central venues. GST may apply depending on the provider's registration status. See the full Birthday Parties cost guide for Singapore →
For children's birthday parties, in-demand entertainers and balloon decorators typically book out 6–12 weeks ahead, and Saturday slots in school-holiday months fill fastest. If your event falls on a long-weekend Saturday or during June or December holidays, enquire at least two to three months in advance to avoid disappointment. Confirm whether paying the deposit locks in the date, and ask about the wet-weather or venue-cancellation contingency if any portion of the party is outdoors. Some providers allow one free rescheduling within a set window; others treat the deposit as non-refundable. Get these terms in writing before paying.
Singapore industry standard for events vendors is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, planning consultation, mock-up or theme design — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a new date if plans change. Also clarify the rescheduling policy if a venue restriction or unforeseen circumstance forces a date change, and ask whether Pepper Play Singapore carries public liability insurance. HDB void decks, condo function rooms, and hotel event spaces often require vendors to produce a certificate of insurance before setup is permitted, so it is worth confirming this early.
