I’m truly thankful for savvy pets for making the move to jb such a breeze! They set up everything in a way that made the pet export the easiest part of the move and we cleared customs in less than 30mins. The customs officer was very impressed and said that he was very happy that all the documents were done perfectly. Special thanks to Elaine (hope I spelled your name correctly) for being so efficient and friendly. We engaged Savvy Pet relocation to relocate our 6 yr old Maltipop from Singapore to Australia this year in October 2025. Right from day 1 their services were beyond excellent. We started oir discussion with them in April or May and from the beginning the team, especially Elayne, was so meticulous about the whole process. She planned everything down to the last detail and kept track of each step even when we may have forgotten. She reminded us about each appointment and each step without fail. The team was also so good with Pablo and took him to his vet appointments. The team was also constantly in touch with us during his quarantine in Melbourne and immediately shared any information they received with us. We are so grateful to Savvy Pets and Elayne. They went above and beyond to make this a great experience for us and for Pablo.

Elayne & the Team at Savvy Pet Relocations are top notch! They handled the move of my 2 dogs (Baxter & Missy) back to Australia. Australia has some of the strictest & often confusing regulations for bringing pets in so it was great to have Savvy there to guide us every step of the way with their expertise. They ensured that the whole process was smooth & as easy as possible by outlining everything in great detail. They talked us through any & all my questions & concerns. Having them handle the move really put me at ease with knowing my dogs were in the best care. Not only do they genuinely care about the pups but they do not overcharge you like over pet movers do. Highly recommend one and all to use Savvy when it’s time to leave singapore with your furbabies.

We chose Savvy Pets for our dog when we moved from Germany to Singapore in June. From the very first meeting with Elayne from Savvy Pets, we had a great feeling and sensed her love for animals.
