We used PetAir Malaysia to relocate our cat from Jakarta to Auckland, including a 6-month quarantine stay in Kuala Lumpur, and they managed the entire process end-to-end from Jakarta, through KL quarantine, to the final arrival in Auckland. We first contacted them in Jan 2024 and they created a WhatsApp group for all comms, set clear expectations, and kept everything organised. Our cat travelled to KL in July 2024 and we received regular updates (including photos) throughout the journey and quarantine period. We were also able to visit in Oct 2024 while we were in KL, which we really appreciated. They handled everything: paperwork, inspections, vaccinations, microchip requirements, quarantine coordination, and travel planning. When there were delays or schedule changes (including customs delays) they told us promptly and explained what was happening. If new regulations introduced additional costs, they were transparent and gave options. Long overdue review (I’m just slow to get these done), but we’re genuinely grateful. They were professional, responsive, and they took great care of our cat the whole way through. Special thanks to Shini, Esther, Dr. Devan, and the rest of the team for being so organised and communicative throughout. Highly recommend.

I’m truly grateful to Pet Air for helping me successfully relocate my dog from Kuala Lumpur to Zagreb, Croatia and honestly, I don’t think I could’ve done it without them. My decision to move my dog overseas was relatively sudden (about two months before the relocation), but Pet Air managed to accommodate the tight timeline and reassure me that everything was possible with proper preparation. From the very beginning, the staff at Pet Air were incredibly communicative and efficient in handling all my questions, requests, and concerns. Naturally there were so many parts of the process that were confusing to me, but they explained every step and document in clear detail and with such patience which helped relieve a lot of my concerns. From preparation to the actual relocation, the process has been carried out smoothly. Even after my dog landed safely and settled in Zagreb, they reached out to check how he was adapting, a gesture that truly showed their genuine care and dedication. Total peace of mind when assigning our cat Kedi to PetAir Malaysia - that's the most important thing because I was in Istanbul while my husband was in Malaysia to handle all the procedures arranged by PetAir, from issuing of passport, microchipping, vaccinations, blood test and final inspections! They are super professional, super experienced, and with sooooo much LOVE and CARE for Kedi, as well as always are considerate and caring towards us being the fur parents, giving us such assurance and confidence, walking through with us being the first timer bringing Kedi inside the cabin! I especially want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Esther, Dr Dev and Shini for being so kind and patient with us, guiding us through all the steps. And for the final stage of inspection at the Government Vet Department - they guided us how to go and even where to park our car - such details! And one day before departure they sent us a full checklist of what to bring and do at the Airport with very clear instructions and detailed information. Esther was even awake to standby on the phone during our check-in in case if we encountered any issues! As it was very early morning and everything was settled so smoothly I didn't want to wake her up but she texted me to ask if everything was okay - that touched our hearts! Upon arrival in Istanbul, their messages already came in to ask if Kedi was okay and went through the checkpoint smoothly.. and after 5 days, Esther even cared to ask if Kedi settled well in Istanbul! Such LOVE AND CARE! OUR HEARTFELT GRATITUDE TO ALL OF YOU IN PETAIR MALAYSIA - CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH! ❤️❤️❤️

When I had to relocate my cat from Malaysia to Singapore, I decided to get a pet relocation agency to help on this as there are a lot of paperwork and procedures that I could have missed out on seeing that it was my first time doing so. After some research, I chose PetAir and I had a wonderful experience with them throughout the last few months. PetAir was very transparent with their upfront cost, with no hidden charges after we engaged their services. The team continuously kept us posted on the status of everything, from paperwork preparation all the way to the transportation of the cat to the quarantine center. The staff (shoutout to Esther and Shini) were very friendly and knowledgable. On multiple occasions they went above and beyond to address any concerns that we had, sometimes even past their working hours. Thank you very much PetAir for getting Oreo to reunite with us in Singapore. And to anyone being in a similar scenario that I was in, I couldn’t recommend you enough to give PetAir a try.

This is my second time using their service for moving with my cat. The first time was from Vietnam to Malaysia, and this time from Malaysia to Korea. They give detailed instructions through WhatsApp, so you can just follow their guidance step by step. Their support is very polite and attentive. Moving with a pet can be quite stressful, so I think using an agency is much more reassuring than trying to do everything by yourself. It definitely helps reduce stress.
