We engaged Prince’s Landscape for our learners graduation ceremony (LIthan Academy UniMarconi Class of 2025) on 2 December 2025, and the plant display was beautifully done. The arrangements elevated the entire atmosphere of the event and blended perfectly with our theme. A special thank you to Douscar Chin, who was attentive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. He ensured everything was set up smoothly and exactly as envisioned. I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the quality of the floral decorations provided for our event, Our agreement was for the flowers to provide decoration for the entire three-day duration of the event, maintaining an acceptable level of freshness and appearance throughout. The Problem: * Within one day of installation a significant portion of the flowers began to wilt, droop, and show clear signs of dying. By the second day of the event, the decorations were visually unpresentable, appearing dead and neglected. This reflects poorly on our event and directly contradicts the expected standard of quality for professional floral arrangements. * The perishable nature of the product was not accounted for in the selection or preparation of the florals, as they did not last for the three-day period.
