About PlayFACTO School
PlayFACTO School is a student care provider operating in Ang Mo Kio, with islandwide coverage across Singapore. The centre has been verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed its operating details and contact channels. It holds a 4.9-star rating on Google across 16 reviews — a small sample, so this figure should be treated as directional rather than conclusive. Fees are priced at the mid-range tier ($$) on a monthly recurring basis.
Families interested in enrolling should begin by enquiring about available slots for their intended start month, as student care places — particularly at well-regarded centres — can fill up several months in advance. When contacting PlayFACTO School via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form, it is worth asking about the daily routine, homework supervision arrangements, activity programmes, and the ratio of staff to students. A centre visit is strongly recommended before committing, so that parents can meet the team and assess the environment firsthand. Parents of Singapore citizen children should also ask about ECDA subsidies, which may help offset the monthly fee.
To take the next step, reach out to PlayFACTO School directly through WhatsApp or phone to confirm current slot availability for your child's intended start date and to arrange a visit to the Ang Mo Kio centre.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

My daughter has been with PlayFACTO since early 2023 when she was P4, transited from another student care. We have not regretted our decision. Connie and her team are very approachable and communication is a breeze. The centre environment is very cosy and clean which we think are the few key factors for consideration . There is support to guide the students with worksheets too with fun activities for entertainment. Importantly, my daughter is very happy there as compared to the previous centre she was in. Thanks to the team being part of her growing journey!
I have visited a few student care centres in AMK before deciding to go with this. So glad that I made the right choice for its value for money as they provide in-house lessons for all subjects, and my child is very happy to date. Thanks to all the teachers.
I have very positive experience with the teachers and centre so far. They have been responsive to our needs and queries. Child enjoys his time there and I heard they will be expanding soon. Hope the good experience continues……….

PlayFACTO School operates on a monthly recurring fee model, priced at the mid-range tier ($$) for student care. When enquiring, ask about the full cost of enrolment, which typically includes a one-time registration fee, a refundable deposit (commonly equivalent to one to two months' fees), and any charges for uniforms or insurance coverage. Childcare and student care fees are GST-exempt in Singapore, so the monthly rate quoted should reflect what you actually pay. Confirm all fee components in writing before signing any agreement. Singapore citizen children enrolled in ECDA-licensed student care centres may be eligible for the Subsidy for Student Care Fees, which is income-tested and administered through the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF). The subsidy quantum depends on household income and whether both parents are working. Permanent resident children may qualify for partial subsidies. Subsidy eligibility and quantum are subject to change, so it is important to check the current figures directly with ECDA or MSF before making financial plans based on a specific amount. Ask PlayFACTO School whether the centre is registered to administer these subsidies on your behalf, as this simplifies the application process considerably.
Student care places at well-regarded centres in Singapore can fill up several months ahead of the intended start date. January is typically the peak intake month, aligned with the new school year, so families hoping to secure a place from the start of the year should enquire well before then — ideally three to six months in advance. To register interest, most centres require a registration form and a deposit to hold the slot. Contact PlayFACTO School directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to ask about current availability, expected wait times, and the steps needed to confirm a place for your child.
