About Pop Party Singapore
Pop Party Singapore is a birthday party services provider operating islandwide from its base at Suntec City. It holds KakiList verification, carries a 4.3/5 rating across 319 Google reviews — a robust sample — and works on a package-based pricing model. ACRA registration has not been confirmed, which is worth noting before you commit a deposit.
Enquiring is straightforward: reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form with your event date, venue, and rough headcount. For children's birthday parties, it helps to share the age band (toddler, primary school, teen) and theme direction early so the package scope — entertainment, decorations, balloon installations, or a combination — can be matched to your brief. Ask about à la carte additions versus inclusive packages, the deposit required to secure the date (typically 30–50% on signing), and when the balance falls due. Confirm the setup and teardown windows, as these are often outside the ticketed hire period, and check whether a travel charge applies for venues outside the central region. If any portion of the party is outdoors or at an HDB void deck or condo function room, ask about wet-weather contingency and whether a copy of public liability insurance is required by the venue.
To take the next step, contact Pop Party Singapore via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your preferred date and venue, and ask for a written package breakdown before placing a deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Smiley staff! Shop had good selections with labelling of groups on the shelf. She confirmed my purchase of the mini animated Photobook/keychain was of the right member first, before proceeding to scan for payment, which I thought was nice, and this staff is pretty too (non-glasses wearing, with makeup) pls consider opening more outlets!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Collection for K-pop Fans! Visited Infinity K-pop Shop at Suntec City with my daughter today. She absolutely loves this place! Ended up buying some stickers and posters she’s been wanting for a while. Though I found the items quite pricey, it was worth it to see her so happy. The shop has a great variety of merchandise, from posters to exclusive collectibles. I must admit, I don’t understand much about these stickers and posters, but it’s clear this shop is a paradise for young fans. The staff was friendly and the store is well-organized. If you have a K-pop fan at home, this is the place to be! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This store is amazing. I have never seen so many collections together covering almost all the groups. Many light sticks are there as well. Staff was helpful and polite. Overall good visit and purchase experience. Totally love this place. Note: Card payment works here with extra 4% extra charges added on the total amount.
I went to this album store during my short stay in Singapore. It is a great place with lots of variety and versions of albums, pobs etc. They also have their own unofficial kpop merch like stickers, magnets, pillows, posters, keychains and lomocards which were quite good quality for the price. The prices are good enough for the pieces and no damage at all. I also got really nice pulls from both albums after unboxing which was a pleasant surprise. The salesperson has good knowledge about albums and various groups. They also keep 2nd and some rare 1st gen albums. Good place and would highly recommend it to go with spare time in hand. Got 2 SKZ albums I wanted for a while and some top loaders 💕💕
I’ve been to this shop multiple times with my kids to purchase their stuff. Yesterday was my direct contact with one of the staff and I was very shocked by her attitude and customer service. This caused me to feel quite annoyed and put-off. She also answered my questions with the shortest words possible and with a dismissive attitude. Finally, after our interaction, she looked away with a stern face when she could not answer my question.

Pop Party Singapore uses package-based pricing, which is standard for birthday party specialists. Singapore market norms for this scope: kids' birthday party packages covering entertainment and décor typically run S$500–2,500 depending on party size, theme complexity, balloon installations, and the number of hours covered. Baby full-month or 100-day bundles sit in the S$300–2,000 range if offered. Confirm what each package includes — entertainment hours, number of balloon set-ups or decorations, props, and whether setup and teardown time is built in or charged separately. Ask about the deposit (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance due date, travel surcharges for non-central venues, and GST. Get the full itemised quote in writing before paying anything. For in-demand kids' entertainers and balloon decorators, 6–12 weeks ahead is the typical minimum, and popular Saturday slots can fill faster during school holiday periods (June and December). If your party falls on a public holiday or a long weekend, add extra buffer. Confirm whether the date is formally secured only once the deposit is received — most vendors hold a provisional date for 48–72 hours but release it without payment. Also ask about wet-weather or last-minute venue-change contingency if any element is planned outdoors, and clarify the rescheduling policy in case circumstances change on your end.
The Singapore industry standard for event vendors is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to lock in the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, design consultation, mock-ups, or any sourcing for custom decorations — and whether it is refundable if you cancel or transferable to a future date. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy: most reputable vendors allow one date change without penalty given reasonable notice, but the terms vary. Confirm whether public liability insurance is held and, if your venue (HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel) requires a certificate of insurance, whether Pop Party Singapore can provide one. Put all of this in writing before paying the deposit.
