Had the sweetest day of my life with their cotton candy & ice cream to light up my day . the colour and shape of the cotton candy is nice and cute . the ice cream is very delicious and traditional . My kids and guest love it alot 😍. I will look for them again in the future when I'm planning a party . The carts are so cute ! Had to take a photo of them .

Would give 0 star if im able to. Totally will not recommend unless you want to ruin your own event. My experience from a recent event i attended 1) The vendor did not asked us for our orders and proceeded to serve us the same order as the previous group. When we rejected the ice cream, he became hostile and scolded us for not telling him our orders. 2) He then proceeded to asked us for our orders but then told us that we cant choose the flavours and to simply eat what he gives us. 3) When we were leaving, one scoop of the ice cream fell on the table and he proceeded to take it with his hands and threw it back into his ice cream tub?!

I run many events with live stations. But this is the worst vendor , hire at your own risk! Don’t make payment first. Called them 1 day before the event to remind them not to be late. My actual day event - not only their phone was switched off and was uncontactable. The excuse they gave was phone has no data connection but does it stop you from coming punctually for our event? They are full of excuses - stating they can come half an hour late when i only engage for an hr live station. I told him how to do business with corporate? He said no next time so he only do one time business. I am thankful that i have engaged another vendor for another live station - don’t put your eggs in one basket! See their reviews - their reviews are one year ago and i am not the only customer having the issue.
