About PoppyLane Florist
PoppyLane Florist is a floral services provider operating islandwide from its premises at 11 Collyer Quay, The Arcade. The listing has been verified by KakiList, confirming operating details and contact channels. PoppyLane Florist holds a 5/5 rating across 19 Google reviews — a small sample, so treat this as directional rather than conclusive. Package-based pricing is available, consistent with the floral category norm.
Floral enquiries typically begin with the event date, venue, and the style or colour palette you have in mind. For weddings, that means bridal bouquet, bridesmaids' posies, buttonholes, ceremony arch or aisle arrangements, and reception centrepieces — each element should be scoped and priced individually before a package is confirmed. For baby full-month, corporate, or everyday gifting occasions, lead times are shorter, though popular Saturdays and festive periods book out quickly. A good florist will ask about the venue dimensions and lighting, the dress colour, and any flowers to avoid before proposing an arrangement. Confirm whether fresh or preserved flowers are offered, what the delivery and setup window looks like on the day, and whether a wet-weather or wilt contingency applies for outdoor setups.
Contact PoppyLane Florist by phone or enquiry form to share your event date and vision — the earlier you reach out for wedding florals, the better, as popular slots fill 2–4 months or more ahead.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I made a mistake with the online reservation, so I visited the shop in person. They kindly prepared the flowers on the spot. She loved receiving the bouquet from this place. The proposal was a success. It's just a shame that we couldn’t bring the flowers back home with us.
Bought a customised small bouquet for my mum to surprise her for Valentine’s Day and by chance found this shop at Arcade! The owners are super sweet and kind, I never been to such a friendly florist 😂 the bouquet was very reasonably priced and the location was so convenient. Very happy with the flowers and I think my mum would be very happy. Thank you!
Sweet lady boss went the extra mile for service. I had ordered flowers in advance, but had to change almost the whole arrangement (both occasion and delivery) due to unforeseen circumstances. Lady boss kindly accommodated my request in a few hours on a Saturday morning and proposed alternative floral arrangements beautiful and apt for the purpose. Thankful for her
Ordered a few centrepieces for an event. It was last minute but they manage to accommodate to our request! They even lend us the water bottle and taught us how to maintain the hydrangeas. Thank you! Will visit again if required!
Thank you Bloomeys Florist for the beautiful unicorn classic bouquet for my daughter. She Ioves the vibrant colours and the freshness of the baby breath. In addition you have also kindly agreed to change the colours of the wrapping paper and ribbon with no questions asked. Appreciate it!

PoppyLane Florist uses package-based pricing, which is standard in the floral industry. Singapore market norms for floral services: bridal bouquets S$150–500, bridesmaids' posies S$60–150 each, ceremony arch or floral backdrop S$500–2,500, reception table centrepieces S$80–300 each, and full wedding floral packages S$1,500–8,000+ depending on scale and flower varieties. For everyday arrangements and gifting, expect S$60–300 per arrangement. Itemise the full cost when requesting a quote: the number of pieces, flower varieties and seasonal availability, delivery and setup fee, teardown where applicable, travel surcharge for non-central venues, and GST. Deposit is typically 30–50% on signing, with the balance due 1–2 weeks before the event. See the full floral cost guide for Singapore →
For wedding florals, aim to book at least 2–4 months ahead, and 6 months or more for peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November, when florists' calendars fill rapidly. A style and budget consultation early in the planning process also gives you time to align flower choices with seasonal availability — out-of-season blooms can significantly increase the cost. For baby full-month, corporate events, and birthday arrangements, 1–4 weeks is usually sufficient for standard orders, though custom or large-volume arrangements need more lead time. Floral for everyday gifting can often be arranged within a few days, subject to stock. Confirm whether the date is secured by deposit at the point of booking.
The industry standard is a 30–50% non-refundable deposit on signing to hold your event date and begin sourcing flower stock. The balance is typically due 1–2 weeks before the event. Confirm in writing exactly what the deposit covers — design consultation time, sample arrangements, and the date hold — and what is refundable if you cancel or postpone. Ask about the rescheduling policy if your event date changes, as flower stock is ordered to a specific date and timeline. For outdoor setups, clarify the wet-weather contingency — whether setup proceeds, is moved indoors, or is rescheduled — and who bears the cost of any re-sourcing if arrangements are lost. Put all of this in writing before paying.
