Dr Lim is incredibly patient and kind. Even though I was a last-minute add-on, she did not rush the ultrasound at all. She was very thorough, explained clearly what was going on, and gave me ample time to ask questions, which I truly appreciated. The clinic is also thoughtful in communicating delays—if there is a longer wait, they make the effort to explain the reason. I would much rather spend time waiting here, knowing the care is unhurried and attentive. Thank you for the professionalism and genuine care. Highly appreciated.

Today I brought my mum for the MRI scan with the referral letter from SGH. The location was easily found with the reminder message from SGH. The administrative was fast although we came in early. The front desk lady was very polite as before we go in they approached us for the administration. I would like to say special thanks to Edwin from the MRI department who gave special attention to my mum. His professional and patience toward my mum were fantastic. I hope he continue with his positive attitude toward all patients.

no queue at 4pm. big spacious rooms with even day surgery centres. surprised that radiologist is a doctor, I thought they were just imaging technicians and do not decipher the scan , send back to the requesting doctor.

registration gave poor instructions and was inefficient. i had gotten the earliest possible ultrasound appointment at 8.30am because it wouldve been bad for me to fast for too long with my severe gastritis/stomach ulcer (have been to the ER 3x because of it). i arrived early, at 8.25am. registration told me to wait to be called at counter 1. they didn't tell me i had to drop off the admission form, they told me to wait to be called. 10mins in, i noticed people who came AFTER me drop off the admission slip and get called earlier. at that point i went to registration to give them my slip, and gently urged them i cannot afford to wait because i could sense a gastric attack coming (and when it does it is VERY bad). after registering me i had to wait AGAIN, and it made me very concerned about the gastric attack. though i only waited 25mins in total, they didn't give me the assurance that they were working on it asap, and it was frustrating to see others who came after me get called first.
