First person in queue for body checkup - smooth and fast. Not fussy to start early despite first appointment starting at 9am. Experience was great. Followup on additional tests was seamless - e-receipt, e test paper and off to lab. Results and next steps communicated seamlessly on phone, saving time to go down for doc before next steps. I was able to take the e result and go to GP for medication. Great experience for body checkup.

My appointment was at 10am and they told me to come on time. I was 10 mins late because I couldn’t find the correct lift lobby. Had to wait till about 1035am before my first scan then another wait before the next scan so do cater lots of time. They were very honest to advise against mammogram below 40 which I appreciated! They are also very responsive via WhatsApp.

I don't ask much for service and attitude because I know how hard it is to be in front line. But I visited Precious Medical Centre recently for an MRI scan. Unfortunately, the experience at the reception was disappointing. The staff’s attitude seemed to differ depending on whether patients were referred from government hospitals or were private patients. When I mentioned that I was referred by a government hospital, the tone and manner of the reception staff noticeably changed, while other patients appeared to receive more courteous treatment. It also seemed that there were different staff members attending to different groups of patients, which gave an impression of unequal service. I hope the management can review this and ensure that all patients are treated with the same respect and professionalism, regardless of where they are referred from. Apart from this, the only ones who were nice and friendly are the radiologists.

Very professional, efficient, fast, caring and compassionate. My wife and I loved especially the caring service of Maria Udani. This was our first check up as a couple and Maria made it seamless, comfortable; she helped us navigate through a program and process we were not familiar with.

PRC lady selective with who she speaks to, and for what type of tone of voice. MRI staff departments are amazing. but dad was spoken to in such disrespectful tone from questionnaires to assisting with changing out to robes. wow i’m in awe i agree with those other reviews on the unequal service.
