Visited Precious Thoughts @ Marina Square on 24 SEP 2025 and was served by a lovely young lady named Jessie (Seah?) She was most kind and helpful in recommending suitable products for gifting. Jessie was patient throughout while I took some time before deciding on the cute night lights. Deeply appreciated her very thoughtful gesture to remove each item from packaging so she could check that they were indeed in mint condition and to help me test that the lights were all functioning well before payment. Excellent Service which is quite rare in our local retail scene! 🤩 Noted some of the negative feedback Re: staff following customers around and making them feel unwelcome or otherwise unnerved by the constant surveillance... To be fair, there's a fine line between stalking and being attentive and I reckon not all staff have been trained well in this aspect. 😅 Personally, I had a pleasant shopping experience with Jessie of Precious Thoughts (Marina Square) and would not hesitate to visit again. 🤗
