NEVER send ur jacket to Presto for cleaning. V bad experience. The counter lady simply accepted my jacket and collect payment without checking. After a few days I was requested to collect my jacket from the outlet before money could be refund as the back office cleaner rejected my jacket. Shouldn't the counter staff at least check and ensure it can be accepted instead of make customer do a wasted trip? My last visit to Presto. Found out much better service else whete

I've always sent to the outlet at Suntec. Staff is friendly. Whenever I request for home delivery, items are always delivered neatly. SMS is sent and staff also calls to inform that items have been delivered. Cleaning and packing are done meticulously. Thank you for the wonderful service.

This is a wonderful place to do your dry cleaning if you have any vintage and more delicate pieces, or gowns. I was recommended this place by Deja Vu Vintage. The staff were careful and caring in handling my items, and attentive in taking note of areas of concern on my garments! They were patient and professional in answering all my queries. Receiving the cleaned items was great too. I was amazed by how glossy, clean and new they looked. The cleaning service staff took great care of the sequin and velvet portions. The counter staff quickly located my items and they were hung and packaged neatly. Thank you for a great experience (:

(notification to pick up will be sent via SMS) Staff will check with customer if they want the item to be folded or hang. ( i selected fold) and look at that outcome ? its as good as new!
