After multiple trips here, I swear by Dr Lim. From my infant, to my helper to my husband - we visit him when we are unwell. He’s very detailed, concerned and his medications are spot on. The nurses at the counter are kind and thoughtful. I will recommend any Eastie to visit this Dr especially for kiddos! Saved my trip to the hospital with this Dr.

This is our first visit to this GP. We usually go to Edgedale Clinic, but it only opens at 9am. Since my son is feeling very unwell, we checked the ProHealth website and saw that the Tampines branch opens at 8am, so we decided to come here instead. However, when we arrived at 8:14am, the clinic was still closed. The signage on the door also states an 8am opening time. To make matters worse, the notice on the glass door is very dirty, which is concerning, especially for a clinic that should prioritise cleanliness. It’s now 8:25am and the clinic remains closed.

Stated open 8am to 10pm, brought my gf down to consult at 120pm and was told “lunch break” till 230pm. I asked the staff if there were any notice on this, she said no. Please don’t come to this clinic with a mindset that it’s avail for you as they might be on unnoticed lunch breaks.

So far I think is the best family doc for kids and families. Doctor is very experienced with kids especially and know how to handle their emotions when they are having meltdowns for jabs etc. The med for adults so far here is very effective for me. 👍

Recently went to this clinic on 10 Sep 2025 due to not feeling well. Usually I would go to EdgeDale Clinic Tampines North but it usually closes at a certain timing which is understandable. So I decided to come to ProHealth Medical Grp instead. The staff at the counter was mutal and for the doctor that attended to me, he was very knowledgeable and professional with his job. 10/10 will come here again
