I have been trying to manage my weight throughout my life, especially so after giving birth to 3 kids. Wanted to go to a place where I can receive professional guidance on managing my weight. Found Prologue online and made my multiple visits with them for the whole of year 2025. Truly not disappointed because I met with a bunch of great people who had been my source of motivation in leading a much healthier lifestyle. Truly health is wealth! Dr Ordelia is a super kind & gentle lady who was with me from the start and monitored my overall progress. Kenneth, the one who advised me professionally & adequately on various forms of exercises to help me in my journey. And of course my Nutriotionist Grace who has always been there throughout, giving me heaps & bundles of healthy eating habits to pick up and many other countless healthy "secret" tips! During my follow-up visit, Dr Koh took the time to explain my results thoroughly, ensuring I understood every detail, all follow up after was also made smoothly! I also received a consultation with the in-house nutritionist, their advice gave me a much clearer understanding on how to plan forward.
