Been with them for more than 8 years - Dr Kimberly is indeed one of the most personable lady doctor I have ever met, very kind & understanding towards patients. Very very long queue. What worse is that the queue is not called in order. I went to the clinic and was told the waiting time is one hour. I went out and came back within a hour and was told there are 4 people in front of me. I waited for another hour and end up not seeing the doctor because I need to get back to work. I am the only one left in the end yet I registered two hours ago. What a completely waste of time. Some doctors are nice though, so added one star for that.
