I got sudden choke & leak issues on a Sunday, so I've no choice but to get a friend to recommend me a plumber since it's emergency. Problems only half solved cos the plumber did not bring any additional spare parts for the other leaking issues. So no choice but still have to get it resolved. He's not able to complete the other tasks cos he said schedule tight. I purchased a kitchen faucet & toilet tap since it's already kind of old, & got leakage problems therefore I decided to get them replaced. However I'm still searching for a reliable & responsible plumber to do the tasks. Fortunately I found one & that's PS Plumber. I called them in the morning & after verifying all jobs to be carried out & quotations given. They fixed a date the next day without delay. I'm really happy that they can do it at such a short notice as the CNY is just around the corner & I don't want the spare parts to sit around my house. The plumber, Mr. Lim was very punctual & efficient. However we encountered an issue with the turn off lever, the one that's used to shut down the water 💧 The whole thing cannot be fully turned off so I've to get the town council plumber to assist. But after trying in vain to get the water turned off, he told me that it's totally stucked due to wear * tear, & can only get it replaced next week. Left with no choice Mr. Lim had to do the tasks with partial shut down waters. But he's really skillful & got all the jobs done without much challenge. I was really relieved when he told me that all the jobs were completed. Thank u for the great job. I will definitely use PS Plumber for my future jobs & recommend them to my friends & family. Not only are they trustworthy, their prices are also very reasonable & transparent. That's why I decided to engage their services. Anyone needs plumbing services, pls consider PS Plumber 👍👍👍👍👍
