The listing has been verified by KakiList, though no ACRA registration has been confirmed, which is worth noting before engaging. Pricing sits in the mid-range ($$), with package-based options available.
Enquiries typically begin with an event date, venue, and style brief — whether you need a bridal bouquet, aisle arrangements, table centrepieces, a solemnisation arch, or full-venue floral styling. For weddings and solemnisations, lead time of two to four months is advisable for popular Saturdays; everyday arrangements and smaller commissions can often be turned around within one to two weeks. Discuss your colour palette, flower variety preferences, and any cultural or religious considerations (for example, no white flowers for certain Chinese rites, or specific blooms for Malay or Indian ceremonies). Confirm whether delivery and setup at the venue is included in the package, whether a site visit or consultation is available before finalising the design, and what the wet-weather or contingency plan is for outdoor setups.
Reach out to Pudu Ria Florist Trading via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form with your event date, venue, and a rough brief — attach reference photos if you have them — to receive a package quote and check availability.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I am a florist and a regular customer of this shop, and I have been sourcing flowers here for some time due to limited supplier options in southern JB, I am originally from KL. Today, I had a very unpleasant experience. I politely asked if a small discount was possible for a pink lily where two stems were already browning and one was torn. Instead of a professional response, I was spoken to harshly by someone named Michael, who said, “If you don’t want to buy, don’t buy. There are many people who will buy it even if you don’t.” I fully understand that discounts are not always available, and that would have been perfectly acceptable. What is not acceptable is the dismissive and disrespectful tone used toward a paying customer especially one purchasing based on visible quality issues. I sincerely hope Johor Bahru will have more flower suppliers in the near future. Healthy competition often helps keep egos in check and reminds businesses of the importance of treating customers with respect.
First time ordering. I ordered 6 type flowers and is worth the price. Their delivery was fast.
A lot of fresh flowers. But one chinese aunty at the back has an attitude.
Fresh flower mixed with old flowers … after 3 days turns like this ….
The flowers are nice, but the customer service is unacceptable. The woman at the back who prepares the bouquets was openly rude, made faces when spoken to, and responded in a harsh and dismissive tone. We were paying customers, yet were treated as an inconvenience. This behavior reflects poorly on the business. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place based on this experience.

Pudu Ria Florist Trading uses package-based pricing, which varies by scope — a single bridal bouquet typically runs S$80–250, aisle and pew arrangements S$200–800, and full-venue floral styling for weddings S$1,500–5,000 or more depending on flower variety and scale. Everyday table arrangements and smaller commissions sit at the lower end of that band. Confirm what is included in the quoted package: delivery to venue, setup and installation, collection or disposal of installations after the event, and whether a trial or sample arrangement is offered before the full order. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is standard in Singapore's floral industry, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Travel and delivery charges for non-central venues or cross-border logistics from Johor Bahru should be clarified upfront. See the full Floral cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings and solemnisations, two to four months ahead is a sensible minimum — peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill earliest, and popular florists with strong review records tend to close their order books well in advance. If your wedding date falls on a long weekend or a numerologically popular date on the Chinese calendar, add another month to that lead time. For everyday arrangements, baby full-month florals, or corporate deliveries, one to two weeks is usually sufficient. Same-day or next-day orders may be possible depending on stock and availability, but are not guaranteed. Confirm whether the date is firmly held once a deposit is paid, and ask about the rescheduling or postponement policy should plans change.
The standard Singapore floral industry practice is a 30–50% deposit on booking to secure the date and begin sourcing flowers, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Deposits are typically non-refundable because fresh flowers are procured to order and cannot be redeployed, but many florists will apply the deposit to a rescheduled date within a reasonable window. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — design consultation hours, sample arrangements, and the date hold — and what triggers a forfeiture. Ask whether the package price is fixed or subject to adjustment if your preferred flower varieties are out of season or unavailable closer to the date. For outdoor solemnisations or garden events, ask about the wet-weather contingency and whether there is an additional charge for a backup indoor arrangement.
