Super terrible GP call Raymond. My first time there with insurance. He told me to go other places for referral and dont come to him next time. I told him this clinic is the closest based on the panel list, he said yeah. Yeah what? Is this preferential treatment for insurance patients? AMAZING! However Nurses were actually nice.

I wouldn’t even give a star if I didn’t have to. Went for treatment after a tele-consult due to chest pain. The nurse said their portal was “down” and couldn’t verify my new insurance card, so I had to pay out of pocket even though this is a panel clinic. She kept saying that if I had maintained my old insurance card it would be fine but obviously, I changed companies, so my card changed too. The receptionist asked me to go another clinic to try. This is absurd. This is my second bad experience here (the first was during early pregnancy). I now remember exactly why I blacklisted this clinic. Never again.

Please don't visit this place. Doctor has horrible attitude. Refused to give MC for headache. . Doctor asked me to leave my job because I said I got headache due to working in high AirCon in data center. We don't need advice on our personal or job related things. Just do your job and give medical treatment.

Just when I thought of giving this clinic a chance despite all the bad reviews, I was not even given the chance to see a doctor. Brought my toddler in & was asked for the physical copy of her birth cert which I did not bring but wanted to provide a digital copy & write down details of it. Yet, before I could say anything much, the nurse very rudely told me that the doctor did not allow me to register at all because I don't have the birth cert with me. I was carrying my toddler with no hands free to even reach for my phone and was denied a consultation. So 0 stars if I could!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service my mom received from Dr. Raymond Yap Soon Boon this morning. He appeared rushed and disinterested in listening to her concerns. Furthermore, Dr. Raymond did not take the time to thoroughly explain her diagnosis or treatment options, and seemed impatient with her questions. She left the appointment feeling frustrated and uninformed about her own health. I expect a higher standard of professionalism and care from a healthcare provider, and I feel that Dr. Raymond failed to meet even the most basic expectations of a doctor-patient interaction.
