About "QSF-The Enablers"
QSF-The Enablers is a student care provider operating from 21 Gloucester Road, Singapore 219458, with coverage islandwide. The centre is KakiList verified, meaning a real person has confirmed its operating details and contact channels. Its Google rating stands at 2.3 out of 5, though this is based on only 3 reviews and should be treated as directional rather than representative. Monthly fees are positioned at the mid-range ($$) price point.
Families considering student care at QSF-The Enablers should begin by enquiring about available slots for their intended start month, as places can fill up ahead of key intake periods. When you make contact via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form, ask about the daily routine, homework supervision arrangements, the ratio of staff to students, and how the settling-in period is structured for new children. It is also worth discussing ECDA subsidies if your child is a Singapore citizen, as these can meaningfully reduce your out-of-pocket monthly cost depending on your household income and the mother's employment status.
The most direct next step is to reach out through WhatsApp or phone to check slot availability for your child's intended start date, then arrange a visit to the centre to meet the team in person before making any commitment. Listing data is incomplete — contact "QSF-The Enablers" directly to confirm details.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

Withdrew my child from KCare at Sembawang Primary School in November 2025 and have yet to receive the refund for my deposit despite repeated enquiries regarding the matter. They keep delaying the refund and it has been more than 10 weeks from the withdrawal date.
Not sure if they are having financial issues like the other student care which closed down suddenly.. I've also yet to receive my deposit for my son who ended in Nov 2025. The WhatsApp Number is no longer in use when I message it. No double tick, no blue tick. Will update to see how and maybe write to MOE.

QSF-The Enablers is priced at a mid-range ($$) monthly rate. Beyond the monthly fee itself, families should ask about a one-time registration fee, a deposit (commonly equivalent to one to two months' fees), as well as any uniform or personal accident insurance charges. Childcare and student care fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so no goods and services tax should be added to the monthly amount quoted. Contact the centre directly to obtain the current fee schedule for your child's age group and programme type, as rates can vary by session length or programme tier. Singapore citizen children enrolled in licensed student care centres may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$300 per month for childcare, subject to ECDA's qualifying criteria. Working mothers who clock 56 or more hours of work per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy. Families with lower household incomes can apply for the Additional Subsidy, which is income-tested and can bring combined subsidy support higher depending on circumstances. Permanent resident children are eligible for partial subsidies at lower quantum levels. Subsidy amounts and eligibility conditions are reviewed periodically by ECDA, so it is important to check the current figures directly on the ECDA website before making financial plans. The centre can also advise on how to apply through the eCitizen portal.
Student care places at popular centres in Singapore can fill up several months in advance, and it is generally advisable to enquire at least three to six months before your intended start date. January is typically the peak intake month, aligning with the start of the school year, so demand for places tends to be highest in the preceding months of October to December. To secure a slot, centres usually require payment of a registration fee and sometimes a deposit. Given that QSF-The Enablers has limited publicly available information on current capacity, it is best to contact them directly via WhatsApp or phone to check real-time availability for your child's school level and preferred start month.
