3 star for the staff service. I would say the customer service is very good as they explain everything in details. But for the bike, I would rate it 1 star as it was not even comfortable riding on their bike. The gear shift is hard. And the bike appearance is just not maintain well even though it's an old bike. They could do better.

I had a very disappointing experience with Rwave Motor Rental Company. The bike provided was not in acceptable riding condition. The ERP unit was faulty, which caused unnecessary inconvenience, and the bike cover set was broken and poorly secured with tape — clearly a temporary fix instead of proper maintenance. This reflects a serious lack of responsibility towards rider safety and equipment standards. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the salesman. He was extremely rude and showed no willingness to assist, even though I am a regular customer. Instead of offering support or solutions, he was dismissive and unhelpful. As a rental company, basic maintenance and customer service should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. I hope they improve their bike conditions and customer service moving forward.
