very bad experience，1）I did cancer blood testing，Dr and nurse said report will be out in 2wks.then Dr will call me. 2wks later, I called Admin said 3wks, 3wks later, I called she said 21wk days. 1month later, I called, said Report had been out for a few days , but waiting for Dr review. 2dys later received message on Dr appointment scheduled 2dys later. Arrived on time. Being told system issue, no appointment, and Dr not yet reviewed the report, it has been more than one week after report out
