I had an amazing experience with Dr.Sheila Loh and Nurse Chelsea at Raffles Fertility Centre. We came here to confirm our pregnancy and later had follow up visits with the doctor to check baby’s growth and do genetic anomaly assessment. She was always very gentle and explained everything to me and my husband. We are very lucky that we got her support during the early days and her good recommendation regarding the OB-Gyn. The nurse is also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hospital and Dr.Loh for any expectant couple who wants to do regular check-ups or even go for fertility check and treatment if needed.

Incredulous wait time of more than 1.5 hours from appointment time. They should implement an online check in system so that patients can check in 1.5 hours earlier and only come in when it’s within 15-30 mins of seeing the doctor. Even a neighbourhood GP has a better queue system than this.
