I have been going for Health Screenings at Raffles Hospital since 2010 and every time my experience of their services is better than the previous time. I was there earlier this month and Pauline took great care in all the tests being conducted smoothly and swiftly. Alicia, the nurse, was exceptionally good with the blood test sample taking. The technician who did my ultrasound scans was super good; unfortunately I dont remember her name. Dr Wilson Wong is amazing and my go to doctor for every screening. The only feedback I have....the breakfast menu can be better!
I was attended to by Savi at the Wellness Section. Been doing my health screen at Raffles Hospital for over 10 years. Good service, as always! Tip: avoid peak period towards year end if possible due to the crowd. Hence here I am, in Jan, for a smoother experience. Update: Lady attending to food refills is doing her best! Due to peak, food are eaten up fast and she is doing the best she can to refill the food and clean up the place! lets be understanding as she is doing the best she can. Another quiet working staff who keeps the engine running who deserves 5 star as well!
The team at my recent appointment was wonderful. Lawrence performed my blood work with skill and patience, and I didn't feel any pain. Flor made the ECG a pleasant experience; she was very bubbly and we had a great conversation. Anis was incredibly patient and sweet, doing her best to accommodate everyone despite the huge crowd. Lastly, Pauline provided a warm welcome and was very kind, patient, and accommodating as she guided me through my appointment. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
A failure in healthcare – Raffles Hospital's Health Screening is a joke. Raffles Hospital is a disgrace to Singapore’s healthcare system. The staff showed a shocking lack of empathy and competence. This has been an absolute waste of my time and energy. The entire experience was a mess from start to finish. I visited Raffles Health Screeners on 9 Dec 2025, after scheduling my appointment over a month in advance. What should have been a straightforward health screening turned into a frustrating, time-wasting disaster. My health screening, the whole ordeal, took five hours. To make matters worse, the timesheet provided is intentionally inaccurate, possibly to manipulate their service KPIs. I've arrived and registering at around 9am, the timesheet claims I am only at the clinic at 9.50am. Here’s a breakdown of the day: Registration Arrived and registered, told to take a seat and wait. After nearly an hour, I was sent to the Wellness section, and told to continue waiting. Wellness Section The staff took over 30 minutes just to ask me to collect urine and stool samples. After that, waited another hour to have my blood drawn and consult with a doctor. This simple procedure dragged on for over two hours. Radiology By the time I was sent to Radiology, it was almost noon, and I was still fasting. After more than an hour, I was still waiting for my ultrasound. There was hardly any staff around in the rooms either, probably went for their breaks. When the ultrasound was finally done, it was almost 1pm, there was no food available – I had fasted for 17 hours at this point, and the pantry was out of food. Was sent back to Wellness section. Wellness felt it is okay to send a patient who has not had any food for 17hours for threadmill ecg, and hides behind a packet of milo and granola bar. Not apologetic at all for their incompetence. The doctor had indicated in my file that I needed a medical certificate and a timesheet, but the staff ignored it. I had to make two return trips to address these issues. The second trip was to deal with discrepancies in the timesheet as mentioned earlier. During my time there, it seems the hospital takes a strong priority at selling services, seen promoting and slotting patients, resulting in this overbooking disaster. A complete disappointment. I have requested for a feedback channel to file an official complaint to RMG mgmt. Was given a generic feedback email address.
My fist experience in the Raffles Hospital Bugis location is great. Registration nurse is patient and doing a good job to explaining and help making decision on what to pick. Nurse Sarithiri arranging the entire sequence to the respective stations of testing is excellent. The slow is smooth and little waiting time. She also take care of fasting customers to have their light breakfast sooner possible. Overall experience is great.
