The staff, from reception to the nurses in the assessment rooms, were friendly, professional, and efficient, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. That’s what made me choose this place for my health screening. The waiting time was reasonable and similar to what you’d expect at other healthcare facilities like hospitals or polyclinics. However, the clinic does seem to be always understaffed, which could be improved. Also, or a clinic under the Raffles Medical brand, the refreshments offered felt a bit lacking compared to the standard one might expect. Overall, the clinic provided excellent service, and I truly appreciate the team’s dedication to patient care.

I did a comprehensive health screening and the experience was very pleasant. All the doctor and nurses were very friendly and gentle and the process was smooth and efficient. However, the air-conditioning was quite cold so remember to bring a jacket!

If you want to spend 5 hours for a medical screening, come here. The worst part of the experience is that after you waited 5 hours, you were informed that the doctor went out for lunch and the staff asked you to come back another day to do the last test. From the faces of the staff it clearly showed that they missed out your test. Bravo, raffles medical.
