New clients typically begin with an initial consultation in which the chiropractor assesses posture, spinal alignment, mobility, and any presenting complaint — whether back or neck pain, headaches, or postural concerns linked to desk work or physical activity. From there, a care plan is discussed covering the number of sessions recommended, frequency, and likely outcomes. Clients are encouraged to ask about the chiropractor's training background, adjustment techniques used (manual diversified, drop-table, activator), and any contraindications relevant to their condition before proceeding. Single sessions, packages, and ongoing maintenance schedules are typically available.
To book, contact Re:chiro by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing, and ask about first-appointment availability, the initial consultation format, and the full fee breakdown including any assessment charge.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Was in SG for F1, prior to arrival I sustained a back injury that I hoped would not trouble me too much. After walking and standing a few hrs Saturday the sciatica caused by a displaced disk was very uncomfortable with sharp pain in my quad. Sunday morning I sought a Chiropractor and found Re Chiro, on calling they were able to see me that day, on arrival I was welcomed and completed a health status questionnaire. Shortly after Jenny invited me to the treatment room. She fully understood my issue and set about treatment to release my back and used acupuncture which was hugely releasing. After treatment Jenny advised post treatment actions, light walking in the hotel pool etc. 4 hrs later I attended the F1 walking and standing for over 4 hrs without discomfort Sleep no discomfort or sciatica. Huge thanks to Jenny. Made my F1 event so much more enjoyable. Mike
My first experience with this establishment and I can honestly say that I WILL be coming back every month. This was the best experience I have had with a chiropractor and massage therapist to date. Dr. Jeff asked a lot of questions to better understand my needs and goals. He was informative on the best care for my body. He showed genuine care and had outstanding bedside manners. He was intune with my pain and the recommended moves to release tension he noticed. Kept the conversations going and asking my pain level after each pressure move performed. Ms. Diane is HANDS DOWN the best body massage therapist I have experienced. I have been to many massage therapist in multiple countries. My body has never felt so relaxed afterwards. She did things that has never been done on a massage table. With 20 years of experience, her knowledge and skill is unquestionable and unmatched! She made me fall in love with this service and her friendly personality. Another highlight of this place is the friendly receptionist. She gave top notch customer service to me and my son. Thank you. I HIGHLY recommend all to give this establishment a try if you are need of major or minor pain solutions.
Really clean and nice environment, with individual consultation rooms for privacy. Price is reasonable and doctor won't request new patient to do X-ray prior to treatment if it's not necessary. Effectively relieved my back strain with the Chiropractic adjustment which was carried out at a relaxed pace. I also tried the dry needling to further relax my stiff shoulder muscle. Thumbs up to Jenny and team!
Thank you for your help today Jenny! Loved the lemon water and warmth of your presence and clinic!
Wanted to express my appreciation to Dr Jeff. His background in bodybuilding, chiropractic treatments and dry-needling supports my physical betterment. Been working with him for 6 months. Recently I had an ankle sprain - after a week I met with him again and he resolved it with massage and dry needling, pain gone and mobility restored in 2 day. No hard selling, very reasonably priced - Dr Jeff is keen to work with you, if you want to work on your health.

Re:chiro does not publicly list a per-session rate, so you will need to contact the practice directly to confirm current pricing. In Singapore, chiropractic consultations typically range from S$80 to S$180 for an initial assessment and S$60 to S$130 for follow-up adjustments, though fees vary by practitioner experience, session length, and whether additional modalities such as dry needling or soft-tissue therapy are included. Ask whether packages are available, as many chiropractic practices offer a discounted block of sessions for clients committed to a care plan. Confirm the cancellation and no-show policy before booking, as missed appointments may incur a fee. See the full chiropractic cost guide for Singapore →
No GP referral is required to book a chiropractic appointment in Singapore, though having relevant imaging (X-rays or MRI scans) or specialist letters from your doctor can help the chiropractor tailor the assessment to your condition. At the first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your medical history, current medications, and the nature of your complaint, followed by a physical examination of posture, range of motion, and spinal alignment. Certain conditions — including osteoporosis, recent fractures, blood-thinning medication use, or a history of stroke — may affect which adjustment techniques are appropriate. Be upfront about your health history so the chiropractor can adjust the care plan accordingly or refer you to another specialist if needed. If you intend to claim chiropractic fees through a corporate insurance plan or integrated shield plan, check your policy terms first, as some insurers require a GP referral letter for reimbursement.
Chiropractic is not currently a statutorily regulated profession under the Allied Health Professions Act in Singapore, which means there is no single government register equivalent to the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) for physiotherapists or the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board for TCM practitioners. However, the Chiropractic Association of Singapore (CAS) maintains a voluntary membership directory that serves as a credentialing signal — ask Re:chiro whether the treating chiropractor holds CAS membership or an equivalent recognised qualification such as a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution. No regulatory licences are currently listed for Re:chiro on KakiList. Before your first appointment, ask directly for the chiropractor's full name, degree, graduating institution, and any professional association memberships, and confirm whether the practice carries professional indemnity insurance. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
