Visited Error 404 at Capitol Piazza and was initially drawn in by the minimalist white interior. There’s even a tree in the middle of the space, which gives the café a calm and slightly therapeutic vibe. I ordered the Rice Cloud (matcha cheese foam with sticky rice) and the black sticky rice with pandan coconut cream. Both the drink and dessert were not overly sweet, which I appreciated. The black sticky rice stood out more for me — fragrant, creamy and comforting, with a nice balance from the coconut cream.

I got the rice matcha (30% sugar, less ice). In my opinion the matcha tastes quite watered down (can’t really taste it). For this price ($5.80), i would get Liho’s matcha drink instead. Friendly staff and nice ambience though.
