I recently engaged Red Sun Movers Pte Ltd for my relocation from Punggol to Canberra Drive, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. Florence, my point of contact, was exceptional—her communication was clear, responsive, and accommodating throughout the process. We also purchased additional cardboard boxes for the move at $3 each and were pleasantly surprised to receive a $2 refund upon returning them. Florence also went the extra mile by arranging an early collection of the boxes at our request, ensuring our home was presentable for a housewarming event. Her promptness and attention to detail made a big difference. On moving day, Simon, the site supervisor, coordinated the team seamlessly. The movers were fast, efficient, and careful with our belongings. I was especially impressed with how they handled my new sofa and took extra care to protect it during transit. They also dismantled and reassembled our bed perfectly—no more creaking sounds, which had been an issue due to poor assembly by a previous mover. They were also able to relocate my storage bed with hydraulic system with dismantling and assembly without any issues with a reasonable cost. Thank you so much to Reagen and his team for assisting with my move today they were so quick and careful and efficient. I really wasn’t expecting such amazing service!!! It really made a super stressful day pass really quickly and efficiently-everything was really well Organised and they went above and beyond in their service helping me even move heavy items into Place in my new home and replace my carpet even though they didn’t need to! They were super careful as well everything was really well packaged ! And super polite and really nice -I only have great things to say ! Will definitely be using them again!

We’ve used Redsun for the second time since 2023. Terrance did the survey. I think my husband already reviewed once but I wanted to thank Reagan and his team (inc Howyui, uncle, Simon and another guy (I think Raymond) for our move from Meadows@Peirce. They did a good job and listened and handled our personal belongings with care. There was also a kind gentleman who helped upload our stuff onto their vans and he was at the new unit as well the next day to coordinate the move efficiently 🙏🏼 thank you for the great work and keep up the good work 👍🏼 their sales team was quick to respond to messages as well.
