Very Highly Recommended!! I recently used RedDot Movers for a full-service condo move within Singapore, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. We selected the full packing and unpacking service. Other companies also offer this service, but in comparison to our previous condo moves by competitors, this move with RedDot was a much smoother and stress-free experience. I used them for my move from Singapore to Thailand. Overall It ended in a very satisfactorily, even on insurance claim which unfortunately incurred but Reddot did not unreasonably denied but they kept listening to my story and explanation and I must say Reddot generated very fair and reasonable solution for me that I really appreciated. I have been using Yamato, Tigers.. very large international mover in the past, compared to those, Reddot was seen small and unreliable in quality initially by me only. The quote was the best amongst others. International ones around at 8k in SGD while one small local and Reddot around 5k in quote. Such competitiveness impressed me a lot. As things are rolled over, specially chatting with Mr. Liam, sales person, who was really professional and assured me one by one with customer focused manner, nothing was wrong. Only thing was the speed of communication, compared to Yamato, it was felt a bit slow but not critical.(Plus, it took about 44 days from Singapore to Thailand by ship but it may not be only due to "Reddot" but any movers may take similar duration.) Overall, I am happy about their service, specially on the cost part they proved they are one of the best in Singapore. (There was no eventual surprise at all in final bill compared to initial quote, very trustworthy, professional , If I would move again? I will ask them again.)
