Horrible customer service. GOT SCAMMED, forced to pay the deposit for the contractors in my condo since they REFUSED to. Would never want to contract them for anything ever again. Recently contracted them for some blinds, and they came with the wrong coloured metal frame. When asked about, instead of apologising, they lied that my condo’s management only allowed this colour. It seems there are multiple one star reviews here, so I hope you consider very carefully before hiring them for your blinds to avoid an unpleasant experience.

Despite the delays in delivery and unavailable stock once, they managed to pull off with service recovery. If I could give 0 stars for this, I would. Customer service was utterly terrible. They were not transparent in the terms and conditions. Like the other reviews stated, I experienced their boss being unresponsive and uncontactable, even so during the installation process. They even got the colour of my order wrong and did not bother to apologise. Thoroughly horrific experience and you won’t catch me engaging in their services ever again.
