The experience with Rodex is nothing but AMAZING … Larissa, the customer service officer, was so prompt, responsive and meticulous. She asked the right questions and her follow up was extremely tight. Is she an AI Bot??? Roger whom we later knew to be the humble boss deeply loved by all his employees came to provide a quote. He is very professional and his quote was reasonable. To be honest, I have seldom seen a boss so loved by his staff … I must interview him some time and get some free lessons. The move was led by Khan and a team of dedicated staff. They worked so seamlessly that I wonder if Roger has genetically cloned them from Khan. Everyone naturally seems to know their scope and they finished my move in less than 3.5hours. I am utterly impressed … When the Team had completed the job, they requested that I sign off the form and make payment soon. They did not compel me to pay on the spot. Wow!!! The trust that they have in their client is unbelievable. A good business sprouts from the ingrained positive values and principles of the owner …. The delight and satisfaction from the service rendered far exceeds the cost … Rodex … you have won me over … oh man …

The movers were professional, efficient, and extremely careful with my belongings. They did an excellent job assembling a my storage bed, making sure everything was sturdy and properly set up. They also handled moving my items up the stairs with care, avoiding any damage to the walls or furniture. I really appreciated their friendly attitude throughout the process. Highly recommend their services!

WORST OF THE WORST experience with them. Not many companies with Movers & Storage in the market, had to go with them. PLEASE TRUST BAD REVIEWS, 5 star reviews can be faked. Moving of items were fine , but I believe the management of the company, Makes money contract with ALOT OF HIDDEN T&Cs without going through the contract, we signed and end of the day after everything, there are ALOT OF HIDDEN FEES that was charged to consumer. At EVERY OPPORTUNITY they have, they try to bill you more then quoted by mentioning late payment for this or that The boss is someone who is very hungry for money, which is the reason why they came up with so many HIDDEN CLAUSES in the contract. I would suggest them to do something else if they just want to make easy money on their customers deposits. FINAL WARNING : Try other movers and do your own research by reading bad reviews instead of just good reviews, if you have work with them, BE READY TO LOSE YOUR DEPOSITS. The staff informed me that they found another HIDDEN CLAUSE in their contract to charge me 50 dollars more for LATE PAYMENT fee when they had the deposit with them all this while. 25 dollars for each month of late payment, which means they have seen many such cases where due to disagreements by their T&Cs, as a customer, I am not paying them until the item is sorted out. Despite that, YOU WILL GET CHARGED LATE PAYMENT FEES. This company uses HIDDEN CLAUSES in the contract and finds every opportunity to overcharge their customers. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Moving with Rodex has been an amazing process. They came down for the first site visit quotation, and packing items were sent promptly. On the day of the move, the staff were efficient and professional, getting things packed skilfully, moving boxes and furniture out and in safely, and following every condition by the condo management. Communication with the team was easy, and their pricing is really competitive. We could not have been more impressed. Highly recommend moving with them!!
