About Rosery Florist

About Rosery Florist

Rosery Florist is a floral services provider based at 565 Thomson Rd, offering islandwide coverage across Singapore. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the business holds a 4.5/5 rating across 333 Google reviews — a robust sample that provides meaningful confidence in service quality. Pricing sits in the mid-range band.

Enquiring with Rosery Florist typically begins with sharing your event date, venue, and a rough sense of style or theme — whether that is a bridal bouquet and aisle arrangement for a solemnisation, table centrepieces for a wedding banquet, floral backdrop for a baby full-month celebration, or everyday occasion flowers. Floral work is usually quoted as a package covering specific pieces and stem counts, with a deposit (typically 30–50%) taken on signing to secure the date and lock in the design brief. Lead time matters: bridal bouquets and wedding florals should be booked 6–12 months ahead for popular Saturdays, while flowers for birthday celebrations or baby showers generally need 2–4 weeks. Confirm the delivery and setup window, whether the quote includes on-site arrangement or delivery only, and the travel charge if the venue is in a non-central location.

To get started, contact Rosery Florist via phone or the enquiry form with your event date, venue, approximate budget, and any reference images — then confirm the package scope, deposit amount, and balance schedule in writing before paying.

Flowers were very fresh and nicely packed. But the delivery timing was a real disappointment, I have selected 7 to 10pm for delivery. The delivery person only message the recipient at 919pm to inform the delivery time will be changed to 930pm to 1030pm. Yet, the actual delivery time was around 1040pm. And the website still indicate if recipient is not available to receive the flowers, redelivery will be made again with additional 50% charges. There should be a clause on how customers will be compensated if order was received after delivery timing. Very bad experience for a first time customer like me.

I received 18 roses on Saturday evening to mark my birthday and by Tuesday, all had started to droop. The photo is of them on Wednesday night. I love flowers was delighted by the gift. Yet, despite my best efforts to keep them healthy - changing water every day, trimming their stems and keeping them in an air-conditioned environment - they have not even lasted a week. It's terribly disappointing, not to say completely inauspicious given the occasion they were gifted to me for.

The most gorgeous roses I have ever received for my birthday! I had no idea roses could be that huge. The fragrance is simply divine. Plus, the packaging box is big and grand, making the whole experience feel extra special. Absolutely in love with them!

Delivery was on time as requested. Roses were very fresh and smell very nice as told by my wife who received it for her birthday and our wedding anniversary. Top notch and highly recommended to all who might need to gift flowers for their love ones.

Edit: Bought 3 times in total. First time was the best, 2nd was bad, 3rd and final one was worst. It started out great but progressive became worse from the first time I bought it. Flowers started to rot after 2nd day even with due care and followed instructions included in the package. This will be the last time I will be purchasing this. Very unfortunate Have already purchased twice within a month! It's just that amazing. One of the best fresh roses ever received (If you are lucky)

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Rosery Florist charge?

Rosery Florist prices its floral work on a package basis, with the total depending on the scope — number of pieces, stem varieties, and whether on-site arrangement is included. Singapore market norms for florals: bridal bouquets S$150–500, ceremony and aisle arrangements S$300–1,500, table centrepieces S$80–300 each, floral backdrops and arches S$500–2,500+, and everyday occasion bundles S$80–300. Confirm what is included in the quoted package: flower varieties and substitution policy if a stem is out of season, delivery and setup fee, travel charge for non-central venues, and whether the deposit (typically 30–50% on signing) is transferable if you need to reschedule. The balance is usually due one to two weeks before the event. GST applies where the provider is GST-registered — confirm this directly. See the full floral cost guide for Singapore →

How far ahead should I book Rosery Florist?

For wedding florals — bridal bouquet, solemnisation arch, banquet centrepieces — book 6–12 months ahead. Popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill earliest, and a good florist will take on only a limited number of events per weekend to ensure quality. Confirm whether the deposit holds your date exclusively. For baby full-month and 100-day celebrations, birthday flowers, or corporate event florals, 2–4 weeks is generally sufficient, though peak festive periods (Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) compress availability significantly. Same-day or next-day orders are occasionally possible but depend on stock and staffing — enquire directly. If any portion of the setup is outdoors, ask about a wet-weather contingency plan.

What does the deposit cover and what is the cancellation policy at Rosery Florist?

The deposit — typically 30–50% of the total package value — secures your event date and covers the initial design consultation, sourcing of specific stems, and any mock-up or sample arrangement. Because flowers are ordered from wholesale markets weeks in advance, deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date, subject to the florist's availability. Confirm in writing: what the deposit covers, the balance due date, the rescheduling policy, and whether a force-majeure event (venue cancellation, public-health restriction) allows a date transfer without penalty. For wedding bookings in particular, ask whether the florist carries public liability insurance — some HDB void deck and condo function room venues require a copy of the certificate before allowing setup.
