About Roses Only Singapore

About Roses Only Singapore

Roses Only Singapore is a floral provider operating islandwide from its Thomson Road address. KakiList has confirmed its operating details and contact channels. It holds a 4.5/5 rating across 333 Google reviews, a robust sample that offers a reliable signal of consistent service quality. No ACRA registration has been confirmed through this listing.

Enquiries are best made by phone or through the contact form, particularly as floral orders for weddings and significant events benefit from a brief consultation on stem variety, colour palette, arrangement scale, and delivery or setup timing. Bridal bouquets and aisle or table arrangements typically require two to four weeks of lead time, while everyday and gifting orders can often be fulfilled with shorter notice. For events at non-central venues, confirm whether a travel or delivery charge applies, and clarify setup and teardown windows if the arrangement is part of a wider event schedule. Wet-weather contingency is worth discussing for any outdoor ceremony elements.

To proceed, contact Roses Only Singapore directly by phone or via the enquiry form on their listing, specifying your event date, venue, and the type of arrangements required, so an accurate package or quote can be prepared.

Flowers were very fresh and nicely packed. But the delivery timing was a real disappointment, I have selected 7 to 10pm for delivery. The delivery person only message the recipient at 919pm to inform the delivery time will be changed to 930pm to 1030pm. Yet, the actual delivery time was around 1040pm. And the website still indicate if recipient is not available to receive the flowers, redelivery will be made again with additional 50% charges. There should be a clause on how customers will be compensated if order was received after delivery timing. Very bad experience for a first time customer like me.

I received 18 roses on Saturday evening to mark my birthday and by Tuesday, all had started to droop. The photo is of them on Wednesday night. I love flowers was delighted by the gift. Yet, despite my best efforts to keep them healthy - changing water every day, trimming their stems and keeping them in an air-conditioned environment - they have not even lasted a week. It's terribly disappointing, not to say completely inauspicious given the occasion they were gifted to me for.

The most gorgeous roses I have ever received for my birthday! I had no idea roses could be that huge. The fragrance is simply divine. Plus, the packaging box is big and grand, making the whole experience feel extra special. Absolutely in love with them!

Delivery was on time as requested. Roses were very fresh and smell very nice as told by my wife who received it for her birthday and our wedding anniversary. Top notch and highly recommended to all who might need to gift flowers for their love ones.

Edit: Bought 3 times in total. First time was the best, 2nd was bad, 3rd and final one was worst. It started out great but progressive became worse from the first time I bought it. Flowers started to rot after 2nd day even with due care and followed instructions included in the package. This will be the last time I will be purchasing this. Very unfortunate Have already purchased twice within a month! It's just that amazing. One of the best fresh roses ever received (If you are lucky)

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Roses Only Singapore charge?

Roses Only Singapore operates on a package pricing model, and costs vary by arrangement type and scale. As a general guide, bridal bouquets in Singapore typically run S$150–500+, table centrepieces S$80–300 each, and aisle or ceremony installations S$500–2,000+ depending on stem count and complexity. Delivery and setup fees may apply for event venues, particularly outside the central region. A deposit of roughly 30–50% on signing is standard in the floral industry, with the balance due closer to the event date. GST applies where applicable. See the full floral cost guide for Singapore →

How far ahead should I book Roses Only Singapore?

For wedding bridal bouquets, ceremony florals, and table arrangements, two to four weeks of lead time is a reasonable minimum, though popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November book out considerably earlier — six to twelve weeks ahead is advisable for peak wedding weekends. Everyday gifting and small arrangements can often be arranged within a few days subject to availability. Confirm whether the date is secured by a deposit once the scope is agreed, and ask about wet-weather or contingency arrangements if any portion of the floral setup is outdoors. Delivery time windows should also be locked in writing, especially where florists need to coordinate with venue access schedules.

What does the deposit cover and what is the cancellation policy at Roses Only Singapore?

The Singapore floral industry standard is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to hold the date and cover early sourcing of stems, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, consultation time, and any sample or mock-up work — and what is refundable if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Deposits are commonly non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date at the provider's discretion. For event setups at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or hotel venues, ask whether the venue requires a copy of a public liability insurance certificate, and confirm Roses Only Singapore's position on this before signing. Put the full deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling terms in writing to avoid disputes.
