ACRA registration has not been confirmed, so prospective clients should request a business registration number before paying any deposit.
Enquiries typically begin with the event date, venue, and occasion — whether a wedding bridal bouquet and aisle arrangement, a baby full-month or 100-day table centrepiece, a birthday floral installation, or a corporate event display. Rove Flowers SG works on a package basis, so it is worth clarifying exactly what each package covers: number of stems, flower varieties, colour palette, vase or hand-tied format, and whether delivery and on-site setup are included or billed separately. Floral arrangements for weddings and larger events benefit from a design consultation ahead of ordering; for everyday bouquets and gifts, standard lead time is typically one to two weeks, though bridal bouquets are best booked two to four weeks ahead of the event date. Confirm whether a travel surcharge applies for non-central delivery addresses and what the wet-weather or last-minute substitution policy is if specific blooms are unavailable.
Contact Rove Flowers SG by phone or via the enquiry form, share your event date, preferred style, and budget, and request a written quotation that itemises package contents, delivery scope, and the deposit and balance schedule before committing.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork if on-site setup is involved, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Ordered from overseas for delivery to my partner on her birthday in Taiwan. Flowers didn't arrive during my selected delivery window (even though I ordered 4 days in advance) then I had to follow up via email and was told all sorts of incorrect and conflicting information. Eventually the workshop contacted my partner and ended up making delivery 1.5hrs after the end of delivery window. I don't recommend using this service if you are expecting delivery to go smoothly. Its not much of a birthday gift to make someone wait all day for flowers while you run around trying to figure out what's happened. Would not recommend and would not order again. Flowers are okay tho (but then most flowers are). Edit: The business contacted me to provide an apology, and a fair resolution. Changed review from 2 to 4 stars due to business taking responsibility and proactively reaching out. Will leave my original review up for transparency.
Ordered flowers for a special occasion and they turned out great. The bouquet looked beautiful and matched what I expected. Would definitely use FlowerAdvisor again😍 Big biggg thanks for the team to make it happened as well. All the best.
I just sent flowers for my girlfriend in Singapore, and the whole process was so simple and efficient. Great service and smooth experience!
I sent birthday flowers to my friend in Stockholm. They arrived around midday and look beautiful. She sent me a photo and is very pleased with the gift.

Rove Flowers SG works on a package pricing model. Singapore market norms for floral services: bridal bouquets typically S$150–400, aisle and ceremony arrangements S$300–1,500, table centrepieces S$80–300 each, and larger floral installations S$500–2,000+. Everyday bouquets and gift arrangements generally run S$60–200 depending on size and flower selection. Confirm what each package includes — stem count, flower varieties, vase or wrapping, and whether on-site setup and teardown are covered or billed as add-ons. A travel or delivery charge for non-central venues is common. Ask for the deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing) and when the balance is due. See the full Floral cost guide for Singapore →
Lead time depends on the occasion. For weddings, bridal bouquets and ceremony arrangements should be booked two to four weeks ahead at minimum; popular florists can fill weekend slots six to twelve weeks out during peak wedding months (March–April and October–November), so earlier is safer. For baby full-month or 100-day celebrations, two to four weeks is generally adequate. For birthday arrangements and everyday bouquets, one to two weeks is typically sufficient, though same-day and next-day options may be available at a surcharge subject to stock. Confirm whether the booking date is secured by a deposit and ask about the substitution policy if a specific flower variety is out of season or unavailable close to the event date.
Singapore floral industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on confirmation to secure the date and begin sourcing. The balance is typically due one to two weeks before delivery or the event date. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — design consultation time, flower reservation, and any mock-up or sample arrangement — and what is refundable if you cancel or need to reschedule. Deposits are generally non-refundable once flowers have been ordered, as fresh stock is procured specifically for each booking. Ask about the rescheduling policy if your event date changes, and clarify the wet-weather or venue-change contingency. For larger wedding and event orders, request a written contract that lists package contents, delivery time, setup scope, and the balance payment deadline before paying any deposit.
