Santa Fe does not stand by their obligations, not compensating damages I moved from Singapore to Vienna in July 2024. The container took almost three months to arrive, no information provided on the delay, we had to ask every month, and the final invoice was 43% higher than the agreed quotation (27,900 SGD vs. 19,500 SGD). Several items were damaged, including a deeply scratched sofa and fully broken dining and coffee tables (disposed by the team, and protected for respectively Eur 7000, Eur 2500 and Eur 250). While damages can happen, what is completely unacceptable is that after six months of chasing and continuous email exchanges, Santa Fe still refuses to compensate us —not even offering a single cent for these items. They hide behind their insurance partner, WK Webster, which deliberately ignores claims and refuses to pay the replacement value or even the insured value, violating the very terms of the insurance policy I purchased. ⚠ Warning to everyone: If anything goes wrong, Santa Fe will deny all responsibility and let WK Webster block and delay your claim indefinitely. No matter what your contract says, they will not stand by their obligations. Avoid them at all costs! 🚨 Date of experience: March 20, 2025

I am a recent client (May - June 2025) of Santa Fe Relocation Singapore, and a very happy client at that! I wish to outline a few of the many reasons why! 1. I connected with them a week before the date of packing. As soon as they were contacted, they moved swiftly and efficiently according to a well-defined, mutually-agreed-upon timeline. As a result, any stress I experienced about relocation to India, prior to contacting them, disappeared immediately! 2. I had a lot of fragile breakables in my cargo and NOT EVEN ONE OF THEM BROKE OR EVEN GOT CHIPPED from start to finish! That was truly amazing! 3. Each individual I interacted with - both from the first meeting with the team members in Singapore like Joni, Suveer, Teerana, and the expert packers in Singapore to the unpacking team in Bengaluru, India, who also cleared the mess after - was highly professional, transparent, easy to reach, and supportive. 5. Teerana in Singapore continued to stay in touch with me even after I reached Bengaluru, which was extremely helpful with staying on track with our timeline. For example, I had to travel to another country as soon as I landed in India. Her colleague in Bengaluru (Rincy) immediately recommended that I hand over my passport to another trusted representative in Bengaluru (Murthy). Within mere hours before my travels, Mr. Murthy very helpfully and carefully cleared my boxes at the airport on my behalf and rushed to ensure that I had my passport back so that I could resume my travels. While I was away, they kept my boxes safe in their own godown, until my return. They immediately picked up the delivery process upon my return, and everything continued smoothly right after! The ease with which all of this happened was incredibly impressive! 4. They were recommended to me by older clients who were equally satisfied with their services during a shift from Mumbai to Singapore some years ago. I am happy to say that this indicates consistency in their track record! 5. They are definitely the people I will turn to in the future for other such relocations for my family! 6. Terrible service - unexisting customer care !!!. I paid for a "VIP service" for a relocation from Singapore to Switzerland in July 2025. Upon arrival in Switzerland, we realised the movers have opened boxes - still in SIngapore - which were packed by ourselvesand which were labled "personal belongings/personal affairs". We have found our clothes scattered accros patio furniture and are unable to defie what is missing. Designer clothes (previously packed by us) were thrown into random boxes. Numerous emails written to the Singapore Senior Management Team, remain unanswered until today. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY !!!
