Came here to do my e-Visa health check and PVDL health check concurrently. There were some difficulties with administration, but the staff there helped to make my visit there as smooth as possible so I wouldn't have to come back another day for the same procedures. Props to the middle-aged Chinese lady (I didn't catch her name) at the front reception for handling my case patiently. Everything was done rather swiftly, and the blood-taking was quite efficient too!

I visited the clinic for an E-visa health check-up and everything was smooth up until they took my blood test. I was surprised to see the nurses at the blood test station dressed in home-clothes, which looked rather unprofessional. 2 really young girls took my blood pressure and blood test. When blood pressure was taken, the first girl seemed nervous and was not confident with wrapping the blood pressure cuff around my arm, which resulted to the machine not being able to detect my blood pressure the first time. When it came to the blood test, the other girl took over and she started questioning her partner multiple times on which vein she should use.. and it made me wonder if she knows how to do her job properly. She proceeded to stick the needle in and according to her, my blood was flowing very slowly so she had her manager took over and the needle in my arm was just hanging there for seconds.. which I feel that the girl should have held onto it until her manager came and took over. There is some obvious bruising on my arm the next day from the blood test, which looks unpleasant. I have taken blood test many times and this has not happened to me before. I hope SATA CommHealth will take my feedback and have proper trained nurses at the frontline when assisting patients.
