I had an appointment booking for Sata Bedok at Wednesday 24th September and would like to personally commend front line staff Suraya Ahmad and Hui Chin, appointment transition was very efficient, I was led to the Xray first and as a hijabi, I was worried of exposing my hair or skin but the staff was quick to assure me that I would be immediately led in for the Xray and will be totally covered. Also had an HMI lady trainee who politely led me for BP triage (didnt get the name) and Dr Nicholas Yap was swift, listens to concern and assuring. Thank you to Sata Bedok! Well done!

Been here several times for helper’s medical assessment and 6 months check up . Environment is clean and spacious . Came here on Wednesday around 10 am. Waited for 25 minutes at the registration counter (1st counter).4 -5 staff at the counter ; staff is tasked orientated; communication is brief . Went to counter 7, service is fast for the weight / height taking and blood taking . Everything is done within 5 min . Waited very long to see a doctor . Dr is friendly and approachable . Not sure is she is the only doctor on duty . Several patients were waiting to see her .Left SATA at 11 am. The overall processes are efficient but I think there is still room to cut down some processes - why can’t we register and complete the form check in one counter . We did our registration then sit to wait for counter C/D to call.(another 15 minutes of wait) . Good if we can make payment online instead of going to the counter again and wait to make payment. My advice to those who wants to go to SATA for the reasonable fee -

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Experience at SATA Clinic I brought my son for a medical check-up at SATA Clinic, and I’m really impressed! The frontline staff were efficient, helpful, and discreet — they even managed to shorten our waiting time, which I truly appreciate. I highly recommend this clinic, especially for parents with special needs children or for the elderly. Kudos to the frontline team — especially the ladies working on Saturday, 11 October, between 10am to 11am. You all made our visit pleasant and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to SATA Clinic for future medical check-ups. Thank you for providing such first-class service!

Went there for a visa medical checkup on Wednesday, the whole process was fast and took less than 45mins. The counter staff and nurses were exceptionally friendly and explained the entire procedure well. Cleanliness was well kept and the saving grace was the basement carpark that sheltered me from weather elements that day. Would recommend this branch for visa medical checkups.

I approached SATA CommHealth (Bedok) for assistance as I was unsure about the follow-up on a medical request from a foreign institution for my son. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional service and care I received — it was far beyond my expectations. The nurses were incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. I regret not catching their names, but I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire team present during my visit on 22 October 2025, around 4 pm. A special mention goes to Dr. Laura Kasenda, who was simply outstanding. Her energy, kindness, and encouragement left a lasting impression on me.
