Do book an online appointment for faster queue. They charged $8 for weekend consultation. The nurses and administrator staff were courteous. The xray staff were fast but efficient in what she is doing. I can’t say so for the doctor though. Very hasty and lack professionalism. I paid for $50+ dollar for the assessment and it is worse than consulting a normal GP for general ailments. It was like just an administrative work for her. Strangely, i was asked to sit further from her in the doc’s consultation room. Didn’t notice that was practised in the previous patient. Whatever, it wasn’t a good experience. Felt like being shooed away.

While the front desk service is satisfactory, the consultation at room 9 and blood extraction at room 7 could be vastly improved, especially the nurse Azina from room 7. The consultation was rushed and the doctor appeared to be in a hurry. The nurse that took my blood was abrupt, rude and indifferent. Eg she passed me a note and then look away without even telling me what i’m supposed to do with it. I have to ask and she reluctantly whisper that i’m supposed to verify my details. After the procedure she just hand me the folder and shoo me away while another staff have to chase after me to put in a few more documents. Most unpleasant experience to say the least.

Exceptionally poor professionalism and service. Visited SATA on 08 JAN 26 for x ray services, consultation with dr Teoh hui Joo .To my surprise she didn’t seem to know what to do and kept harping on previous report and X-ray done in another hospital that based on previous dr and report everything is fine for straight 5 mins even though we said yes initial report seemed fine but now still having symptoms of pain.The dr then repeated, yeah but the previous report say ok leh. We were like .. so what do we do now? Then we asked if we need to do X-ray again, she said no need as initial report said ok. Then back to the circle, we asked so what should / can we do now? The dr looked so lost. In the end she went with “if you want, we can do X-ray and refer to specialist ” .. I mean this Dr has 0 assessment of her own and it feels like we are telling her what to do instead of her advising us. Before the X-ray, dr also didn’t advise if result is immediate or not. We asked the male assistant in the X-ray room, he hurriedly said not today then Shoo us out of the room. We were just left standing there, until we knocked on the dr’s room again for more clarification on what’s next? Is this the end of service? Is everything ok? When do we get the report? Dr then explained saying she is not expert on X-ray images but from what she can tell everything is fine. It was just poor execution of service one after another and we left the clinic feeling like our concerns were not answered. Seriously, don’t be a doctor if you just want a job to be done with. Update: radiologist reviewed and came back with ‘suspected fracture’ .

SATA Jurong Medical Center is only a 3-minute walk from Jurong East MRT. Take Exit A from the MRT station, follow the path, and cross the road. Once across, you'll spot a Cheers convenience store. Continue walking straight until you come across a self-photo booth. On your right, you’ll find a lift—take it to the 4th floor, and you'll arrive at the SATA clinic. The staffs are very welcoming, polite, and attentive. Upon arriving at the SATA clinic, first proceed to the registration desk and follow the staff's guidance. After registering, you'll receive a queue number. Wait for your number to appear on the TV screen, then head to the counter displayed on the screen. Remember to bring your NRIC or permit card when you visit the clinic. All the staffs are ready to help you.

honestly the most frustrating clinic i have experienced. assured me that i will get my report by mon 3pm. called in twice since then and still no updates or explanation regarding the situation. receptionist also keyed in the wrong phone number and called me by a completely different name during my visit. honestly very frustrated with this whole situation. do not come here.
