Initially, there were some issues with our order — the curtains delivered during installation did not match what we had selected due to an error in the recorded order. This was quite stressful as we had an upcoming ROM ceremony at our home and were worried about the timeline for rectification. However, the team responded promptly after we raised the issue. Sylvia followed up with us, acknowledged the mistake without dispute, and arranged for the curtains to be refabricated and replaced in time before our ROM day. The company also provided a $100 rebate for the inconvenience caused, which we appreciated as a gesture of goodwill. We are grateful that Secret Furnishing took responsibility and ensured everything was resolved in time for our special day. The service recovery and customer support were very good, and we felt that our concerns were heard and addressed. Overall, we would recommend Secret Furnishing. As with any custom order, we would encourage customers to double-check their invoice and order details during confirmation to avoid similar issues.

I am really happy with the way Tony explained and shared the products available. He was very friendly and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. Chanced upon their outlet at IMM and was served by a middle-aged male salesperson who knows his stuff. He explained to me the different types of venetian blinds and gave us a rough quotation for our 5-room flat based on our rough measurements of the windows. We were convinced, paid the deposit and choose our blind designs. Everything turned out great! Installation went well too! :)

This rating is purely for Siva Kumar, from Secret Furnishing. An excellent technician that helped fix my zipblinds issues that were caused by 3 different teams of technicians sent by Secret Furnishing themselves. If it weren’t for Siva Kumar, I would rate this company a negative score if I could. Customer service and after sales service is rubbish from this company (except for Siva Kumar) I bought Zipblinds, curtains and blinds from this company. The first team installing my Zipblinds messed up so badly where they only completed halfway and just left and customer service initially said they will come back in two weeks time to complete. I had to make a lot of complains before they finally agreed to come back the next day to complete the job. And of course, they messed it up again and tore one of the zipblinds. It took another few days for them to finally come and fix things properly. 2 months later, the zipblinds tore again due to the motor misalignment that wasn’t set up properly in the first place. That’s when Siva was the technician who fixed the issue properly. Moral of the story, do NOT buy anything from this company. Even a few of my curtains came with stains and tears, and 1 of the indoor blinds had to be re-made cause of wrong measurements on the first place by their own team.
