All the kitchenware you sent is awful! If you don't know what you're doing, don't do it! Wooden-handled knives aren't suitable for ships! We need knives with red handles for meat, green handles for vegetables, and blue handles for seafood. You've just nailed wood to iron and sent it as a knife. It's like a giant sword, are we going to war? The pot you sent is made of tin! Cooking pots have thick bottoms, the bottom of these will burn immediately and burn the food too! I asked for a mayonnaise pot, and you sent a barrel. How incompetent are you?! You've just gathered all the cheap, low-quality goods. It's a shame for our hard work and money. We struggle because of incompetent people like you.

All cargo arrived in great state, but shipping from Luxembourg left end of April and arrived in Singapore end of September. Took 5 months to arrive - already forgot what is inside. The route was very weird, it went from Lux to Melbourne!!! then Hong Kong!!!! - all the way around , not shortest route - hence super delayed. No clue why they first send it on the trip around the world instead of direct to Singapore....

Feel obliged to share my personal experiences so that other customers won't be victimized. No doubt Seven Seas has a sizeable global network of logistic services. The quotation process was very fast, however there are many red alerts to look out for. The estimated delivery time is not guaranteed.took SS 3 mths instead of th indicated 32-45days to deliver my items from Kuala Lumpur. no compensation nor customer service was offered to lessen the burden of their customer. they have assigned their ground services to 3rd party which squeezes the pick-up/delivery time with other schedules. Many other incidental costs which was not informed in the T&C, so better watch out.

If I can give zero star or negative score, I truly will! Worst service I have ever encountered. Zero attempts to address any of your concern. Once you pay and money is in their pocket, they no longer care about you. Not even a simple thing such as rescheduling the delivery because of emergency situation. We called beforehand and the answer is still no! What a terrible service! Please avoid at all costs
