Patients typically begin with an initial consultation in which the chiropractor takes a detailed case history, assesses posture and spinal alignment, and identifies the presenting complaint — whether that is lower back pain, neck stiffness, sciatica, headaches, or sports-related musculoskeletal discomfort. From there, a treatment plan is proposed, which may involve a course of adjustments over several weeks. It is worth asking whether single sessions are available alongside package options, and confirming the cancellation policy before committing. Patients with complex or medically managed conditions are advised to inform their GP prior to commencing chiropractic care.

I have no words to express my gratitude towards Dr. Ng and the entire staff — they are truly angels in disguise. My wife and I have been visiting CSG for over 10 years, and the results have always been remarkable. From the very first day of treatment, we both noticed positive improvements in our health, and those benefits have continued ever since. Dr. Ng’s care and dedication, along with the kindness of the whole team, make every visit a wonderful experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend CSG to anyone seeking better health and genuine care. Thank you, Dr. Ng, and the entire CSG staff — God bless you all! 🙏😊
We have been associated with CSG Tampines for almost 10 years now and it has been the best investment we have made for our health. I was suffering from frequent headaches and heel pain both of which have become distant acquaintances for many years now. We still visit CSG for maintenance as it supports our general fitness, helps our body overcome the daily stresses and have improved our immunity. Our visits to our GP for general cough, cold, flue etc. have reduced significantly. Dr. Ng is excellent at what he does and is extremely caring. He provides helpful advice on managing the aches and pains and also on general health matters. The staff are also very friendly, helpful and patient. The moment you step in to the clinic, you know you are in good hands. Highly recommend CSG, if you are looking for reliable and affordable chiropractic services.
I’ve been with CSG group for almost 10 years - I’ve been looked after by the amazing Dr Richard Pang - who now also looks after most of my family. I’m very pleased to be under their care - always making sure I’m in tip top condition when I leave - adjustments are always done with care and concern and Dr Pang always makes sure I’m comfortable and at ease before a major adjustment. The staff are always on hand to help with appts - very friendly and helpful m. ❤️
Turned to chiro as a last resort for my neck & shoulder pains. Best decision ever. Dr Pang is super understanding of my anxiety around being adjusted so he never pushes too far beyond my comfort zone. Would def recommend this clinic to anyone considering chiro!
Have been with CSG Tampines seeing Dr Ng for more than 5 years. Dr Ng and the team are very patient and helpful. My neck/shoulder have improved a lot over the years thus headaches are lesser too.

SG Pain Solutions lists its pricing in the moderate range, though specific per-session fees were not published at the time of this listing. In Singapore, chiropractic consultations typically run S$80–150 for an initial assessment and S$60–120 for follow-up adjustments, with package rates available for multi-session courses of care. Confirm the first-visit fee upfront, as an initial consultation often includes a postural and spinal assessment that may be priced differently from a standard adjustment. Ask whether materials such as heat or ultrasound therapy are bundled or billed separately, and clarify the cancellation and no-show policy before committing to a package. No GP referral is required to book a chiropractic appointment in Singapore, though having one can be helpful if you intend to claim through an insurer or if your condition is medically complex. At SG Pain Solutions, the first visit typically includes a detailed intake assessment covering your pain history, lifestyle factors, and any prior imaging or investigations you may have. Patients with osteoporosis, spinal fractures, inflammatory arthritis, or who are pregnant should inform the chiropractor at the point of enquiry, as certain adjustment techniques may need to be modified or avoided. If you are currently under specialist care for a spinal or neurological condition, a brief note from your doctor can help the chiropractor tailor the treatment plan appropriately.
Chiropractic practice in Singapore is not currently regulated under a statutory licensing board equivalent to the Allied Health Professions Council or the Singapore Medical Council, which means there is no publicly searchable government register for chiropractors. This makes due diligence at the individual-practitioner level particularly important. Ask the chiropractor directly for their academic qualifications (a recognised chiropractic degree such as those from RMIT, Macquarie, or an accredited institution in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom), their professional body membership (the Chiropractic Association of Singapore is the main professional body locally), and the number of years in clinical practice. SG Pain Solutions holds a 5/5 rating across 118 Google reviews, which is a robust patient-experience signal. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
