Nurses are great but the removal of service ambassadors at the entrance makes it tough for elderly people : registration process is not easy. There is no one at the help desk/info centre. I had to ask passing nurses for help. This is a let down in service.

I have been consulting with Dr. Loh Lih Ming for two years. She is outstanding and solved my endocrine issues. She is very friendly. I would highly recommend consulting her for any endocrine issues. DMC Nurses are also friendly and well behaved. Overall DMC is well organized, clean and has good time management. Earlier I consulted Dr. Abel Soh in Mt. Elizabeth hospital and he was just misguiding and treating wrongly with lot of unnecessary tests.
