Under Dr. Tan’s attentive management, my father’s kidney condition remained stable for many years. My late father looked upon Dr. Tan with trust and regarded him as his favourite doctor. When my late father was diagnosed unexpectedly with an autoimmune condition, Dr. Tan immediately stepped forward, going out of his way to gather a team of specialists to ensure my father received the very best treatment possible. His leadership, medical expertise, and commitment were nothing short of exceptional. One particular incident stands out vividly in our memory. On the second day of Chinese New Year, my father suffered a medical emergency and had to be rushed to the hospital. Despite the festive occasion, Dr. Tan came down without a word of hesitation. He attended to my father with the utmost care and reassured us by answering our questions patiently. He remained calm, steady, and composed—never once showing impatience. His presence brought us great comfort during that anxious time. Doctor good but 2 admin lady is the worst in Gleneagles Singapore. Visited tons of clinic in gleneagles, no admin staff can fight with this clinic. Simply rude and not helpful

I totally agree that Dr Tan is super nice, knowledgeable and friendly towards his patients but what puts me off will be his 2 admin girls. People who come to the clinic is already unwell but still have to tolerate their rude behavior and bad attitude. I wonder if the doctor knows about this?

Doctor is good but I’ve never met a ruder receptionist. It’s like she doesn’t even care about the job or the consequence of potentially losing clients. Seeing other reviews, this is a common issue faced by many. Why is the short haired lady still hired? Why doesn’t doctor acknowledge and rectify it? Or is he the one endorsing such behavior? Genuinely curious.

Dr Tan is knowledgeable and patient. My experience with the admin ladies are pleasant, no problems whatsoever.
