Clinic newly renovated, more spacious and airy. Dr Chew Chun Yang is also patient and helps to diagnost as best as he can. I did a follow up consultation within 2 days as I still wasn't well, the consultation fee is much lower. Nurses are also overall patient and helpful.

Terrible service before I even met the doc. The apt i was given and the sms received did not match so I called to confirm my appointment. I said good morning twice when someone picked up the phone, the other person (Hikki) replied, “Yes?”. Looks like basic training was not even given to the staff. Then Hikki told me there was no record of my apt. Then told me again there was. I asked her why she told me there was no record of my apt before and she said she had to check apts manually. Gonna cancel the apt because if basic things cannot get right, I doubt the experience later will be pleasant. Judging from the other reviews, I’m sure I’m making the right call.
