Great experience here with Dr Loke and team! Came to get diagnose as a patient. The clinic assistants were very nice and asked a few important questions. They will explain the types of scans conducted. The procedure of both different scans was fast and painless. Dr Loke patiently answered my questions and showed me pictures of what to expect. He was direct and straight to point about the different scenarios which could arise. I was referred to Thomson medical for a more comprehensive and detailed ultrasounds and MRI the next day. Very fast! They called the hospital to inquire about the prices upfront so that was good. The assistants would also closely follow up after each hospital visit for consultation and explanation by Dr Loke. Overall, it was a pleasant, very efficient and fast diagnosis which I appreciate a lot! I have a peace of mind now and time to plan for the next step. Would recommend for anyone finding a gynae to get a fast and proper diagnosis.

Came here as a visiting patient. Structurally and pretty robust operations and clinic team. Staff is knowledgeable with experience and are quick on their feet. Price wise is considered amazing in this economy. Dr Loke is a professional in what he does and shows his concern in a blunt but also gentle way. I hope some patients don’t treat it as him being rude. Everything is alright but when it comes to private matters over the counter, I would suggest the counter staff to lower their volume a little. Some patients might not like it when the whole rooms knows the condition of their pregnancy or status. Else a pretty solid neighbourhood gynae/clinic.

Exceptional care by Dr Loke and team! Highly recommend! Dr Loke is very knowledgeable and experienced. At every consultation, he will always take the time to address my concerns and elaborates in detail. His doctor fees are very reasonable and he will only recommend treatments or tests that are cost effective for the patients. All the nurses in the clinic are also very friendly and considerate. They made me feel very well-taken care of by helping me out of the bed when I am doing ultrasound and etc. My experience with the clinic has been great and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
