industry / partner perspective) We are sharing our factual experience with Sir Move Services from an industry partner perspective. We acted as a destination agent for Sir Move and successfully completed the following services on their behalf: LCL shipment handling Import customs clearance Final delivery to the end client All services were completed in full and without any issues for the customer. However, despite repeated follow-ups over more than six months, the agreed invoices for these services remain unpaid. Communication has unfortunately stopped, and emails have remained unanswered. We also attempted to resolve this matter through professional and industry channels, including IAM assistance, but without any response from Sir Move. This review is shared solely to inform industry partners and encourage due diligence when entering cooperation. We remain open to resolving this matter professionally should Sir Move decide to engage.

The positive reviews are pretty confounding to me. I had a bad experience with Sir move, when relocating from Singapore to Switzerland. The experience was excellent before I accepted their quotation, with prompt responses to queries and clear guidance on the process. However everything changed once I accepted the quotation and made payment. The company plied me with forms and instructions, leaving unclear instructions on how to complete them and being completely unresponsive when I posed questions. The situation got worse after they picked up my shipment. I faced complete radio silence from them regarding any tracking information for the shipment and the expected date for delivery. I had to call and email them endlessly for days before I received a reluctant hearing from them in the form of a phone call that lasted less than a minute. Needless to say there was not even the slightest hint of an apology for their unresponsiveness. Thankfully their service partner on the Swiss leg of the shipment were far more responsive and helpful in providing clarity and useful information, which led to a smooth eventual delivery. The short message is: do not use SIRmove. I literally have never left a google review in my life out of personal principle, but this company made me finally break my duck. PS what is with all the positive reviews?? Is there an African company with the same name that people are mistakenly leaving reviews for?
