About SmartSinga
SmartSinga is a gifts and hampers provider based at 219 Kallang Bahru, Chutex Building, operating islandwide across Singapore. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channels. It holds a 4.5/5 rating across 60 Google reviews, a moderate sample that provides a reasonably reliable signal of customer satisfaction. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range ($$) on a per-item basis.
When ordering, start by clarifying the occasion — corporate appreciation, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, new baby, or get-well — and confirm the recipient's dietary requirements (halal, no-pork, no-beef, no-alcohol, vegetarian) before selecting a hamper. For Muslim recipients, verify whether any food components carry MUIS halal certification, as this is distinct from a general no-pork-no-lard claim. Corporate bulk orders typically benefit from custom branding options such as a printed card, ribbon colour, or branded sleeve, and usually qualify for a per-unit discount with split delivery to multiple addresses. Confirm the shelf life and best-before dates for any perishable items, and provide the recipient's full address — including whether it is an HDB lobby, condo guardhouse, or to-door delivery — to avoid redelivery issues.
To place an order, contact SmartSinga by phone or via the enquiry form, confirm your delivery slot at least two to three working days ahead for standard orders (longer during festive peaks), and agree the recipient-unavailable protocol before finalising payment.
Confirm halal or other dietary requirements with the supplier, lock in the delivery slot at least 2–3 working days ahead (longer during festive peaks), and keep the recipient's contact handy in case of redelivery.
It’s shocking this got published without proper checks. The two place names are wrong—clearly the approval process failed. Whoever approved this seems to have no accountability or attention to detail. Please review your process before posting content.
I've been following their IG channel for a while now, and I really enjoy their content! Their videos are both informative and entertaining, always a great watch. Keep up the awesome work!
Love their YouTube channel to the point where it’s almost a problem. Keep the good work up and tons of support to the team behind TSL!
EasySocial is a huge disappointment. The extension is full of bugs, hard to use, poorly documented, and the support is slow and unhelpful. Far too expensive for such an unstable product. A complete waste of time and money. Strongly not recommended.
As a kid I have to say that their YouTube channel is super interesting and funny especially Sew and Fikah💕

SmartSinga prices hampers on a per-item basis, positioned in the mid-range ($$). Across Singapore's gifts and hampers market, everyday occasion hampers typically run S$80–250, premium festive hampers (CNY abalone sets, Hari Raya kurma and dates collections, Christmas wine-and-cheese) S$200–500, and luxury or large fruit-and-flower combinations S$500–1,500+. Corporate bulk orders generally require a minimum quantity and attract a 10–20% per-unit discount. When comparing prices, confirm exactly what is included: hamper contents and their retail value, packaging and presentation, a custom card and ribbon, and the delivery fee (typically S$10–25 within Singapore, often waived above an order threshold). A peak-season surcharge may apply during CNY, Hari Raya, and Christmas periods. GST applies where the provider is GST-registered. See the full Gifts & Hampers cost guide for Singapore →
Before ordering, confirm the recipient's dietary needs. For Muslim recipients, ask whether the food components carry a MUIS halal certificate — a MUIS-issued certificate with a licence number and validity dates is the only accepted standard for strictly halal requirements; a general "no pork no lard" claim is not equivalent. For Hindu recipients, a no-beef option is typically required. Vegetarian and vegan ranges are available from some providers within this segment. On customisation, most hamper providers offer handwritten or printed card messages, ribbon colour selection, and — for corporate orders — a branded sleeve or company logo on the outer packaging. Item swap-outs within a price band are usually possible. Allow three to five working days for custom or branded corporate hampers, and confirm the stock-availability protocol if a specific item is unavailable closer to the delivery date.
For in-stock hampers, standard in-Singapore delivery typically takes one to three working days. Same-day delivery may be available at a surcharge (typically S$25–50 extra) for orders placed before 11am, subject to slot availability — confirm this directly when ordering. During festive peaks — Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and Christmas — lead times extend to five to ten working days, and order books may close three to five days before the festive date. Corporate bulk orders of ten or more hampers generally require seven to fourteen days. Confirm the delivery window (morning, afternoon, or evening), the recipient-unavailable protocol (re-delivery fee, lobby drop, or neighbour drop), and the cancellation and refund policy. Most retailers allow cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Confirm halal or other dietary requirements with SmartSinga, lock in the delivery slot at least two to three working days ahead (longer during festive peaks), and keep the recipient's contact handy in case of redelivery.
