My husband and I are so very thankful to have Dr Watt as my obgyn. She was recommended to me by a close friend who had her baby delivered by her. I was seeing another Obgyn before I met Dr Watt, and there is a vast difference in how Dr Watt treats her patients. She's very informative, patient, kind, and always takes her time to explain anything that I do not understand. I have never felt rushed in any of my consults with her and she will always answer all my questions patiently (and in detail, she will even use illustrations to explain things to me. ) In my other experience with my previous Obgyn ( who was one of the popular doctors and 'highly rate' online) , my consults were always 10mins or less, I always felt like she was rushing through so that she can get to the next patient outside. Dr Watt definitely has her patients' interests at heart and is very dedicated to her job. With some doctors , I always feel like I'm just another pay cheque to them, but not with Dr Watt. You can tell that she is genuinely passionate about what she does. When I first came to Dr Watt, I had lost my daughter in a previous pregnancy. She learnt that I have anxiety issues and when I was pregnant with my 2nd baby, she was always kind and assuring. She always lists out every possibility in any situation( even the scary ones), which I appreciate because it prepares me, and at the same time, she would tell me there's nothing to stress about because they are just 'what ifs'. I understood that she wanted to inform me of all the possibilities so that I am not caught off guard. She just delivered my baby boy in end Nov 2025 and she did the most wonderful job. I was in labour for almost 18 hours and the pushing process was 2 hours. My baby hasn't 'dropped' and so there was a lot of work to be done. She was very patient and wanted to wait it out. It seemed bleak at first as there was very little progress in spite of my pushing. But my baby's heart rate was strong throughout so we could still follow through the plan of delivering him via vaginal birth, if I didn't want to give up. Even the hospital nurses and my anaesthetist said that Dr Watt is the most patient Obgyn at Gleneagles, given my situation, most doctors would have opted for an emergency C section. By the time my son was delivered, it was 3.20am on a Saturday morning. I was in the delivery ward from Friday at 12.30am. I'm so very thankful that she put my baby and my well being first. With Dr Watt, you can be assured that you are in good hands. She truly is an excellent doctor.

Dr Watt is a fantastic doctor who truly cares for her patients' health and well-being. She patiently, thoroughly and clearly explains the diagnosis and treatment options, gives me plenty of time to ask questions and digest the information, and puts my mind at ease with her warm, caring and reassuring bedside manner. I did a clinical procedure and a day surgery with her and can honestly say Dr Watt is one of the best doctors I've ever met. She is a rare gem of a medical expert who also has high EQ, and shows the utmost care for her patients' physical health as well as mental/emotional well-being & ease of mind. Her staff is also very well-trained, professional, friendly and courteous. They are able to explain processes/procedures/rationale clearly and consistently, and they follow up with patients before surgeries etc. Highly recommended!!
